Dream of Oludeniz Hotel

My parents took my 2 children here , it was. Last minute change after they ready bad reviews about Garcia hotel so they cancelled and changed it to this hotel instead as the reviews were wonderful. A few days before they went , there were scores of bad reviews and it honestly caused a lot of stress and anxiety before they travelled. Unable to change again at that point they chose to go with an open mind and honestly they had the best time. The hotel food was probably the one thing they did comment about, they ran out of things quickly and yes it was catered to Turkish but hey you're in Turkey so please don't expect English cuisine. The rooms were small with lack of storage they lived out of their suitcases and had one small cupboard but the beds were comfy and rooms were clean. The pools were clean and the one thing they were so happy about was the entertainment, they said the staff were honestly a dream, my son and daughter absolutely adored the animation team. All in all they had a lovely holiday, my son said it was opened this year by the new owners and they probably will need another winter to do some more cosmetic improvements (with regards to the rooms) and maybe improve the amount of food, bread, things like milk and butter etc but These just seem like teething issues and it is their first summer so give them a break. I truly wish them all the best for years to come. Thanks for giving my parents and children lovely holiday memories (Elif and Tarkans mum) 😊

Well we arrived expecting to be leaving the next morning by the terrible reviews but went with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised!! Yes this is 100% not the greatest hotel and has only just been taken over and requires work still we had room 205 by the top pool and it was fine !! Yes showers are very powerful and you will soak everything just put the tap on half way and not a problem common sense!! They are trying really hard with the grounds !! The pools where really nice no cracked tiles at all or cut feet !! There was a broken pool light in slide pool but again it was fixed !! The entertainment team are really good and try hard especially with kids ! The public toilets are not great at all definitely need work !! Jerry at the top pool bar is a brilliant bloke!! Slide pool bar only serves soft drinks !! Now the food..... no it is not labelled and it is very turkish orientated but you are in turkey ! But you can make out what everything is and again no complaints i personally enjoyed every meal we had even my kids had chips rice chocolate spread on toast bread etc if they didn't like anything else was always something!! Overall its definitely not hell on earth but it is a cheap break and does what it says on the tin go expecting hell like we did and you will be surprised!! 100% needs a spruce up and bits fixing but 4 the money you pay totally habitable!! Sonya in the spar is very reasonable and absolutely brilliant especially the turkish bath and massages !! Really really good !! Tyson sells excursions and sits in reception also great bloke Overall 6/10 would definitely return for the same money 2 adults and 3 kids 5 5 and 6

Avoid unless you’re just wanting somewhere to sleep and that’s it. Loads of health and safety risks. Unhygienic No food labelling Always told finished when asked for water or ice or even coffee. No where near its review would say 1 star at maximum!

Zero Stars 4th maybe 5th time I've submitted this review Seems like people don't want to here the hell we received. Hotel reported to our holiday provider Love Holidays, they are investigating. Reported to ABTA also. Read the last snippet I've cut n pasted from my 3/4 thousand word review that keeps getting alerts, bare in mind I've been in UK 8 days and also booked another holiday for October. Do Not Book This Hotel, Please read all of the review. No positive feedback for this hotel, but here goes. Please avoid, cancel your booking and or look elsewhere, this hotel is not worth paying the money for.

I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights and had a really good experience overall. The hotel has only been open for around 2 months, so of course there are still things that need improving but I think people should be patient and give it a chance. The food was freshly prepared every day, which I really enjoyed, and the location is perfect just a short walk (10min)to the beautiful Belcekiz Beach. The manager only opened this hotel recently and you can see that he and the staff are trying so hard to settle everything and make it work. They were always friendly, quick to help and genuinely cared about making guests comfortable. Unfortunately I noticed some guests being rude and impatient, which I felt was unfair given how much effort the team is putting in. I personally think this hotel will be a hit once it’s had more time to grow and settled With fresh food, a great location and hardworking staff, it already has a lot to offer. I would be happy to come back in the future.

Started off the trip with the hotel putting us in a ‘back up’ loft room that felt like a literal sauna and the hotel admitted they put us in a downgraded room as they’d over booked. The hotel is full to the brim of health and safety hazards, open live wires all over the hotel and next to the pool, pool chemicals left out in the open, broken tiles, over flowing rubbish bags with bugs crawling in and out everywhere and a dirty cloudy pool. The rooms are completely run down with cig burns in tables, everything is dirty and i was even smacked in the face by a broken shower head that flew off the wall. The food is inedible, we didn’t eat a thing for the two days we were forced to stay there before on the beach eventually moved us out of there. Any positive reviews on here are 100% fake and paid for, do not book or trust this hotel!!!!!!!!
