I booked the big room with an ocean and mountain view. When I arrived, I was given a dark little room with small window overlooking a very fabulous wall LOL. And I was told that there are no rooms with ocean view. NONE. The so called swimming pool is just huge bathtub. No adult could make even one lap there. Might be good for kids, if and when it is cleaned, But it did not look clean either. Sorry, guys, but it is a dumpy place which is advertised as something else altogether. I would not stay there if YOU paid me to stay there. But thank you , very truly, for not charging me for refusing to stay there. And for being very nice about it.

This comment is about the hotel's customer service and not about accommodations. I made a reservation directly on their website and had to cancel my travel plans. After acknowledging my cancellation and later indicating that a refund would be coming the owner subsequently said they do not refund deposits for any reason. Buyer beware that this cancellation and refund information is currently NOT on their website. Anyone wanting to book this hotel should not book with a deposit if there is any chance that your plans might change.

I went to have a holiday with my (in that time) future husband and another couple of friends whit their little boy. That was a really good experience, the attention very good and the breakfast mmmm delicious. It's a very safe place and the bedrooms are soooo comfortable. And there's suites for the families so you can prepare your own meals in case of you bring children. We spent the night on the pool after an entire day on the beach, so you can imagine the relax... don't leave the hotel if you don't go to the pool.

Bad experience in that hotel, the images shown in the advertising are not updated, the rooms had a bad smell and one of the ones I booked had a TV that did not work, high-speed WIFI does not exist. I reported this bad service and they did nothing more than lie that they would make a refund that to date THEY DO NOT MAKE. The breakfast time was very unpleasant, the cutlery was all rusty and the service was not at all friendly.
