We dined there on June 13, 2022, choosing the Corsica menu at 29€. A real taste pleasure, from vegetable soup to dessert. The homemade charcuterie is a delight. I also recommend the wild boar accompanied by mashed potatoes with truffles: the sauce is very fragrant and reveals all its flavor on contact with the mashed potatoes. Difficult to finish the dishes as they are plentiful. In short, a real success from start to finish! Thank you for this beautiful local experience.

Nous avons passé une très belle soirée au restaurant "chez mimi". Le lieu est magnifique et le service et l'accueil au top. Nous nous sommes régalés. Nous avons pu manger des produits locaux ou tout est fait maison et en quantité plus que généreuse.

Olmeto village Corse dont le feu tricolore alternatif est bien connu des automobilistes a un restaurant très accueillant et accessible à tous «Chez Mimi, U Santa Maria ». Déjeuner sur la terrasse calme et ombragée est une parenthèse enchanteresse. En saison, je vous conseille de réserver. Quelle belle adresse à retenir !
