Camping les Chelles

We had chosen this campsite to spend our "unusual night" Wonderbox, but it was a HORRIBLE experience. Rude, vulgar staff, ripping off customers, and when I tried to make a complaint, the "manager" called me to insult me, admitted that she had manipulated me into paying for my Wonderbox night while we weren't there, and therefore cashed the box without my authorization and without our arrival!!! We were nice, we just wanted to postpone our arrival date, we understand that they didn't want to lose customers and that they could move us without any problems, but they insulted us and then hung up on us. Shameful, disrespectful behavior, really very disappointed. And cashed our box. I don't recommend it. Choose another campsite, this one has negative reviews. I hadn't looked because we live nearby, we thought this location was nice, but in the end we should have chosen another one. Really disappointed. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Si nous devions retourner dans un camping en France, ce serait celui-là. En effet, chaque année nous aimons changer d'endroit et donc de camping pour pouvoir visiter d'autres sites. Mais ici l'accueil fut tellement agréable et gentil, cool pour l'ensemble des services du camping, car familial. Nous avions un superbe emplacement pour notre caravane jumelé à un autre emplacement pour notre fille sous tente avec ses trois enfants. Nous avions aussi opté pour la location d'un sanitaire privatif qui était très appréciable. Les soirées à thème sont bien organisées et faites pour les grands comme les petits. Nous avons aussi apprécié qu'une grande part est encore réservée au camping avec très peu de châlets.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce camping, mobile home très propre, le camping , non loin des montagnes et de Clermont Ferrand. accepte les animaux ce qui est super. Les propriétaires très accueillant.
