I booked this hotel specifically because they offered a hot breakfast. When we went down for breakfast, we were told that they haven't done breakfast since covid. We were given a sack with three tiny donuts, a bottle of water, a cereal bar and a fruit cup. Needless to say, I was not happy.

This is an awesome hotel in the Cut, which means it’s hidden by conveniently located. The staff is very attentive and polite. So far the resident are quiet. The housekeeping comes around every day to replace towels or see if you need a cleaning and the price is unbeatable please don’t change that.

We only needed a nice room for a one night stay. The hotel overall was nice and clean, but they’re obviously short staffed because we wanted to extend our checkout by a hour and it wasn’t possible. Plus, there’s a place for breakfast, but complimentary breakfast isn’t offered. This would’ve made the stay even better. If it came down to it, we’d stay there again!

Hotel is priced right and meets all my needs. Nothing fancy yet clean and modern. Guy at front desk was super friendly. I’ve stayed here several times, so I know the linens are not great. I bring my own towels and I even brought my own sheets this time. Mattress is super comfortable. Shower has great pressure. Breakfast is just brown bag…not worth mentioning, but doesn’t matter to me. Exercise room also not functional. Great stay!!

okay so the check in was top tier as usual but the more i stay the nastier the rooms get. i’ve been staying at this hotel for quite some time and the house keeping is getting lazy with just the simple things. i had a kitchenette room and it was dirty socks in the cabinets, crumbs in obvious places, grocery bags left in the cabinets and food plates left in the room. i spend my money and i expect the room to atleast be clean.

This was our second stay in a week due to a round trip drive from Ohio to Texas. For both stays, the check in experience was unpleasant. I didn't want to return because of our first stay, but I like to give second chances. We checked in at about 8pm and again, the front desk staff was not welcoming. I felt like I was not wanted there.
Room was clean with extra blankets, plenty of pillows and comfortable beds. We appreciated that the surrounding area was well lit and not creepy. All of the other hotel staff was friendly and I would probably stay again, just check in during the day.
