Hilton Garden Inn Olive Branch

Well kept facility everyone I encountered from checking in till check out were friendly and professional. I would not hesitate staying in again in the future.

Might try it again Very busy with Prom and baseball players - all good. But the entry outside our room was dirty! Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and there was hair in the bathtub drain.

Very sad hilton situation So i checked in and immediately the smell of pot was everywhere. The lady at check in was nice but a little confused about 3rd party reservations. I then proceeded to the bar/restaurant and i placed an order with an older women. She took my order and money and never offered me my change. When i mentioned it to her she just smiled and walked away to talk to im guessing regulars at the bar. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I saw my food come up to the window but she was to busy so it just sat there till she decided to get up and tab her friends out, and the i was the only one left. I proceeded to my room and the pot smell just got stronger. In the hallway was a toilet plunger that was also still there when i checked out the next morning. The room smelled very moldy and the sheets and bedding were very wrinkled. The bathroom was ok but the towels were wrinkled up like the sheets which im going to assume is from them being thrown in a bin and left for awhile or not properly dried also could be why it smells moldy in the room. I have never gone to a hilton like this and probably will be only staying at Marriott at this point. One last thing i paid for breakfast but decided i didnt want anymore surprises so i left

The atmosphere was nice and clean and quiet. the staff was friendly. the workout facility was impressive. overall i and my wife enjoyed our stay

It was a ok stay but u can hear everything from folks walking, talking, taking a bath. And the bathroom smell like raw sewage and it was to hot even tho it was cold outside that was to hot. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Would I stay again maybe not.

The hallways and elevators were dirty. The sheets on the bed were filthy; guest services had to change my room. Additionally, there was no hot water in the second room.
