El tamaño, el poder dejar el coche a la puerta de la entrada (individual), la equipación de cocina, baños, aire acondicionado, jabón en duchas… realmente bien! Es verdad que alguna goma de las duchas (mamparas) están en mal estado y daba sensación de suciedad, y meterse en una ducha así no apetece, pero son pequeños detalles que espero mejoren rápido.
