Excelente hotel. Tem ótima localização. Atendimento dos funcionários nota 10.
As piscinas são simplesmente incríveis, assim que cheguei me senti em Acapulco igual ao episódio do Chaves. As piscinas são aquecidas, possui um paisagismo encantador. E vários brinquedos infantis.
Muita farra e comida boa. Sem brincadeira galera, tem que ir mesmo.
A zeladoria do hotel é impecável. O quarto é bem grande e aconchegante. Possui estacionamento com portaria 24 horas. O buffet de café da manhã é sensacional, cada dia uma comida diferente, e bemmm gostosa, com sobremesas deliciosas.
Além de tudo isso, ainda possui catraca com acesso direto ao parque Thermas dos Laranjais, tudo super bem organizado, você pode inclusive ir ao parque e voltar pra almoçar no hotel, bem prático.

Lugar muito tranquilo e agradável, quarto muito confortável, área externa bem ampla, com muitas opções, piscina limpa, bastante área verde.. equipe do hotel cordial, café da manhã com muita variedade, diversas opções, local bem amplo.. sem dúvidas um dos melhores hotéis que ficamos em Olímpia, não somente pela estrutura do hotel, mas também pela tranquilidade do local.. apesar de na área externa ter música, não havia mais barulho, o som não estava exageradamente alto.. os quartos eram extremamente silenciosos! Com toda certeza voltaremos, assim que possível!

Razoável
Foi boa, o quarto é bem espaçoso, com suíte e banheiro social. O que precisa de melhorias é os aparelhos de Tv que são antigas e não tem bom sinal de imagens, e os ar-condicionados, estavam pingando dentro do quarto e não gelava, creio que precisa ser trocados pois são bem velhos.

Fila muito grande para fazer o check out, demonstrando falta de planejamento gerêncial, em um feriado prolongado havia apenas 1 atendente para check out.
Limpeza do banheiro e quarto ficou a desejar tinha tufos de cabelos de mulher em ambos os ambientes...
Café da manha fraco para um resort, ja fui em pousadas e Airbnb's que serviram muito mais opções...
O que é o destaque é a area de lazer que realmente tem uma linda piscina e uma sauna muito agradável.
Paga-se caro por um quarto que nem televisão tem, coisa que qualquer pousada oferece...
