Não gostei das condições das piscinas. Falta tratamento adequado, pois é feito 2 a 3 vezes por semana, o que deveria ser todos os dias. Falta limpeza das bordas, além de apresentar uma faixa amarela de impregnação de sujeiras acumuladas.

Excelente hospedagem com uma natureza bem legal. Os funcionários atenciosos e muito prestativos. Alimentação muito boa e bastante espaço. Embora precise de manutenção devido a ampla área de lazer e a necessidade de instalação de brinquedos mais modernos para as crianças. Contudo é um local que cumpre o seu papel de natureza e sossego em família. Recomendo

Não fiquei hospedada no hotel, mas visitei as piscinas como clube. O acesso é mal identificado pelo lado externo, não há placas indicando a entrada (que é pela lateral). Conhecida como praia porque tem areia, mas as piscinas não têm ondas. Vestiário tem apenas um chuveiro no feminino e um chuveiro no masculino. Sistema de consumo mal organizado e não tinha todos os itens do cardápio disponíveis. Para quem quer fugir da agitação do Thermas é um lugar tranquilo, porém com pouco investimento na estrutura. Os funcionários não são muito alegres. Se quiser conhecer, não vá com grandes expectativas, vá só para descansar mesmo.
