Hotel muito bom completo muitas piscinas aquecidas , lojas e dentro farmácia, cafés , sorvetes , cinema ,pizzaria tem tudo mesmo . Entrada facilitada no Thermas ao lado e estacionamento amplo .
Quarto confortável cama de casal e sofá cama (esse quebra um galho) tem ar e tvs no quarto e na sala tbm frigobar na sala com escrivaninha e cadeira , tudo limpo , funcionários todos foram ótimos , espaços e elevadores tudo funcionando bem .

1) A localização do hotel é boa. Colado no parque aquático o que facilita demais o acesso a ele.
2) A comida fiquei surpreso com a qualidade ruim da mesma. Ou seco demais, ou sem gosto (ou até um gosto estranho de comida velha). Fora que a quantidade de opções achei pouco pela qtde de hospedes.
3) A limpeza geral é ruim. O meu quarto só foi feito a limpeza depois de 2 dias. O espaço bebê que fica no andar lotado de lixo (um monte de sacos de lixo empilhados no canto).
4) Serviço: de um modo geral o atendimento é bom. São cordiais e simpáticos (não são todos mas a maioria). Só fica o detalhe que tive que ir no supermercado da cidade pq eu havia falado no 1o dia na recepção que estava sem sabonete nos quartos (eu aluguei 2 quartos para comportar a família) e anotaram mas não resolveram o problema até a data da minha saída.
5) Preços: achei um absurdo cobrar pela toalha da piscina. Mais absurdo ainda cobrar se tivermos que trocar, ou seja, se quisermos economizar temos que usar a mesma toalha todos os dias! Fora os preços dos alimentos que estão muito caros.
Acho que foi a 1o vez que minhas filhas perguntaram ao longo da estadia se podiam mudar de hotel.

Mesmo depois de eu ter explicado e provado minha situação de emergência me cobraram taxa de cancelamento em 2 hotéis, pra mim foi uma exploração, falta de respeito, empatia, tudo que em países do exterior eles tem o maior cuidado com o direito do consumidor, essas ferramentas de viagem brasileira nossos hotéis tem que aprender muito ainda com os gringos, parabéns pelos r$3000,00 e suas comissões que vocês conseguiram sem nenhum custo ou serviço prestado ao consumidor, muito inteligente se aproveitar da incapacidade momentânea do consumidor.

Hotel com meia idade faltando gerenciamento e manutenções, roupa de cama não condiz com o hotel e o preço, qualidade baixa e os cobertores velhos provavelmente comprados nas Casas Pernambucanas, muitas coisas não funcionam por falta de manutenção, café da manhã tumultuado pq o restaurante é sub-dimensionado.
