I had several challenges with this location. Three of them (room keys occasionally stop working, building is constructed to make any indoor gathering painfully loud, and no outlets near the bed, so as a c-pap user I had to move the bed to the outlets) are not the fault of the current staff., However, during the week of my staff, three times the staff ignored the "do not disturb" sign to try and clean the room

A beautiful property with beach front access. We paid for a recently redone room and I highly recommend it. The food is excellent, but only alcohol and water were offered at meals. If you wanted a soda, you had to get it yourself from the bar (not in the restaurant). The local service staff was very friendly, but the GOs were not very visible. About 10% of the GOs we saw, were friendly, the others didn't acknowledge us, most were busy on their phones. I witnessed several GOs exchanging verbal arguements between themselves at meals or in the bar area in the evening- quite unprofessional. There is no towel dispensor and you have to bring your own from your room (they change them out each day). While this is more ecological, it was frustrating to have a wet towel all day.

I’m still in the resort now. I’d like to stress that I’m having a very nice time with my family. I had thought about writing this review when I got home, but haven’t just had an experience with the receptionist. I thought I’d write it now and get it out of the way. There are obvious issues with this club med - it’s incredibly dated, all of the equipment is old and could use a referral. There are stains on the hallway carpets the rooms are tired and old. The food is adequate at best. There are potentially some things I’d like to say about the kids club but I will wait for the rest of the week before adding this in as I think the staff by enlarged do a good job. However, what has really frustrated me? Is that last night the disco club, whatever it’s called, which is held outdoors in front of the main rooms and goes on until 11, featuring a DJ playing music and using a microphone on full volume until 11 o’clock at night. This obviously went into every single room on the front of the building. It’s incredibly loud and intrusive. It kept my 2 1/2 year-old daughter and my one year-old nephew awake until it finished. When I went to speak to reception about it today, I was met by a staff member who couldn’t be less interested in talking to me, from the office, but shrugged her shoulders and said there’s nothing she can do and this is what Club Med is. I shouldn’t be complaining. When I asked if she thought it was appropriate to be playing that level of volume in a children’s/family resort she said Club Med is not a family resort. Which I found strange, considering that it’s advertised specifically as a family getaway. Make of this what you will, but I think you should avoid this place if you have kids that enjoy sleeping.

I recommend this hotel because it had everything: A warm swimming pool, a beautiful sandy beach, trapeze (with really nice GO's), tennis, golf and more! It was very disappointing to find out there is no active teens club close to end of season. Good to know that early check-in might cost extra, and that lunch upon arrival is not given automatically like in all other all-inclusive hotels we have been to. Pros: Very good staff. We came especially for the circus and went to the trapeze every day. Special thanks to Louise, Max, Lucille, Morgan and Charles. I and my younger daughter managed finally to do the knee hang catch!!! My older one managed to do also many other tricks and positions. We (me and my daughters) also participated in the tennis lessons every day. Special thanks to Charles, Ann Tuan and Peran. My wife had a great time stretching every day: special thanks to Lucie on the ground and Thor in the pool. Thanks to Lucas for his hospitality and orchestrating the whole team. The highlight of every lunch and dinner - superb ice cream!!! The best I've ever had in any hotel I have ever been. Great desserts - best in all the hotels I have been to. Large rooms and shower. We had a large balcony in both of our rooms. In both restaurants the staff sang for my daughter's birthday - she loved it! Bar was really good. Great staff! Pancakes at breakfast were plentiful and very tasty. Very nice sandy beach. Very clean waters - much cleaner than in other places we have been to. But sometime very windy, with strong currents, and cold water - so not always very inviting to swim. Swimming pool was great for us. Always found loungers and enough space to swim. Water temperature was good. Cons: Teens club was practically closed when we visited A very large variety of food but a bit repetitive, with very few salad and cheese options (even at breakfast), aimed especially for fish and seafood lovers. Meat usually overdone Practically only 1 restaurant. The second Vasco restaurant serves only part of the menu and mainly fish and seafood. Aircondition in our room was loud and a bit weak and stopped working on the second day. But fixed the same day! The extra food corner near the bar in the afternoons was, in our opinion, not good enough to use. Fruit cut and or pancakes and or ice cream would be much better. The food at the meals was taken away very quickly at the end of every meal. The Zen pool was disappointing. Quite a long walk from reception - the main pool was better

I could overcome the smell of sewage and the mosquitoes in my room, but the huge cockroach kept me up at night. The activities are limited and the facilities are in very bad shape. The mini golf course has many broken holes and only a handful of putters are still in working condition. The staff is missing the Club Med feeling. They just do their job and nothing more. The location is very windy, almost no place to hide.

We’ve just returned from an extremely relaxing weeks holiday with friends. We enjoyed delicious food, wine and cocktails. The weather was perfect. The staff were constantly busy organising activities and making sure everyone was having a good time. They all worked extremely hard and looked like they were having a great time doing it. Thank you

Service very good, main restaurant quite good food, disastrous at the Vasco restaurant. Overall quite satisfactory, but not ideal if you are not too mobile, flights of stairs all over the place.

My wife and I visited the resort with our two kids (baby club and mini club) and we all had a great time. Special shout out to Barbara, Daniela, Tassia and Elisabeth in baby club; and Samuel and Louis in mini club. 🤗
