Booked a classic room and given an accessible room which we did not book. Disgusted to be told by the receptionist well you only booked for one night and repeated that phrase multiple times...disgusting ....I do not think this should matter when paying about 160 for the night and it should not mater how long you stay for. The pool area is ridiculously small and can not accommodate the number of guests. The stench around the pool was not very nice...stagnant smell. Bottom line I will not return and would advise others not to bother and hopefully this review aids others not to book and waste their money.

I stayed for a week and I can't say enough about the quality of service and facilities. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to accommodate our every request. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with options for all tastes. The location of the hotel is perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing and worry-free holiday.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was well looked after, we were able to check in more than 1 hour in advance, which was great given the tiredness of the trip. The bed is very comfortable and large, for those who like space it is perfect. The shower could be a little better, little water comes out and it is a small shower, but efficient for a shower. The breakfast was very good, with several options for breakfast. Regarding the location, there are no restaurant options around, you have to go to Oura or Abufeira center, there you will find more options for lunch or dinner.
