Great for families with children which makes this hotel noisy and agitated.
Friendly service.
The food is well prepared and tasty.
Location 600 m from the beach.
They should avoid using placemats at the table: they are not exchanged between guests, which is very unhygienic.

El apartamento, el trato y la limpieza muy bien, pero de lo demás no puedo hablar tan bien.
Es diciembre y el único bar abierto no puede ser en el exterior cuando hace frío, ni tener que recorrerte medio hotel desde la sala de estar para pedir una consumición. Y lo nunca visto: a pesar de ser pocos huéspedes y la mayoría de la tercera edad, se terminó la cerveza de barril. No había ni en el comedor ni el el bar, ni tenían barriles de reserva. Menos mal que después les permitieron servir de botella en su lugar. Tampoco daban agua embotellada para llevar a la habitación. El gimnasio bastante equipado para ser de un hotel, pero ¿dónde se ha visto un gimnasio dónde no haya agua para beber? La única máquina de agua que había estaba estropeada. Tampoco había toallas. Las comidas con poca variedad y muy repetitivas, pero de bastante calidad. En la habitación del apartamento no había ningún enchufe libre para cargar el móvil. Uno que había escondido detrás de una de las mesillas de noche no funcionaba. Creo que no volveremos.

Great place for us to stay,we came to use there sports facilities and was perfect for us ,food was great and hotel was alway clean,and location was fantastic as we are all throwers and the throws field was around 600meters away and just a few minutes walk

Honestly save your money to go somewhere else. This hotel has nothing to offer, the food quality is pretty low, they do not even bother replacing the furnitures in their apartment, on the border of the Jacuzzi you can see dirt, green dirt! We took pictures, see by yourself .... When we raised our complain to Voyage Privé, because we booked our holidays with them, the answer was : you should have complained to the hotel directly now it is too late.

The apartment hotel comes with sports facilities and a sports track. It is exceptionally clean, the food is great - all inclusive buffet and snack bar. You can help yourself to beer wine and sangria. The staff throughout the hotel are happy, polite and always willing to help. Close to the famous Falésia beach there is plenty to do in the area although far enough away from Albufeira so it doesn’t feel overly touisty. Around 30 minutes transfer from Faro airport. We are planning to come back for a shorter winter sun break .

Firstly, ignore the negative comments on the reviews. This hotel has so much going for it, the first being the entertainment staff, especially Joao. He is full of energy and even at the end of the night he was still talking and playing with the children, which gave the adults time to enjoy a drink in peace. Secondly, the facilities are amazing, the running track and football pitch, the massage area (Thank you to the lady who did mine it was amazing!) The pool party was great fun aswell as the pool aqua. Thirdly the food, I was dubious after reading some other reviews however I was pleasantly surprised. Break was great, fresh omelette and churros every morning, with alternating pancakes or French toast which are made fresh on the grill throughout the morning. Fruit, ham, bread, croissants and hot options were all available. Lunch and dinner was always varied, with freshly cooked fish and meat on the grill. Puddings were lovely, huge portions not just little mouthfuls. There is also the option of the grill which you book, you get fish or meat and this was served to you. Our waitress was lovely each time, kept our drinks topped up and always smiling and friendly. The rooms are huge! Great air con and even a bath! I honestly couldn't fault it, we didn't get to the beach as our son got severe sunburn resulting in a hospital trip however we would definitely come back to explore more of the area. If you want to eat out, the local chinese is delicious. We already want to come back!
