Não gostei ! Para começar pede para ficar com os nossos cartões de cidadão e queria tirar fotocópias ! Diz o funcionário que para ser mais fácil pois éramos muitos . De seguida , pergunto se tem leite s/lactose ( pois sou intolerante a lactose) , e qual não é o meu espanto quando me responde “ não temos , vá ao lidl amanhã de manhã comprar “ , primeiro que tudo como é possível nos dias de hoje um hostel não ter nenhum leite s/ lactose ou de aveia ou de arroz ou de amêndoa . E segundo a falta de educação deste senhor ao responder-me “vá comprar ao lidl “ estou super insatisfeita com o serviço .

Péssimo , ao ponto de querem tirar fotos dos BI , mau cheiro nos quartos e corredores, não haver leite sem lactose , o senhor da portaria tem 0 de simpatia, não sei como ainda acontecem estás coisas nos tempos que estamos. Não aconselho o hotel a ninguém
