Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Minor issue the staff quickly responded to and rectified. Wonderful location to visit family, 20 min to Tampa Airport.

Hotel was spotless, exterior, lobby, halls, room. Complimentary cookies and lemon water in lobby. Pleasant check in, clean, full, frequently tended breakfast.

Good location, nice property, convenient parking, attentive and pleasant front desk clerk. The only glitch was that our card keys didn’t work. Not a huge deal, and he quickly recoded them for us. Just a little inconvenience at the end of a long travel day.

We stayed at this property on October 30th and everything was perfect no issues. Clean room, fresh air and good customer service. We rebooked again for the following night in a new room and we had a very difficult night. Our family (including a young child) has severe sensitivities to scents and chemicals and the entire lobby, hallways and rooms smelled strongly of raid/insectiside or some sort of strong chemical.
We were unable to sleep, breathe properly and felt very nauseous by this very strong smell. It smelled on the pillows, sheets and in the air. We have stayed at other holiday inn express many times before and never experienced this. We were very disappointed with this experience and will not be staying again due to this issue and our severe sensitivities.
Notes for managment, please look into ways to make this issue improve. For people with sensitivities it is a very difficult experience. Many other hotels we have stayed at never had this issue. Besides this issue, we were very happy with everything else. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable.

It’s smell so good when you come in the bldg. hallways are huge and so as the rooms. It’s very clean and new . Staff are nice and breakfast was great. is very centrally located .
