With a warm welcome we were checked in and the atmosphere in the rooms welcomed me. No matter what I can only write something positive. Nothing was missing. The sauna was wonderful warm with a nice area around it. Personally, I did not use the gym, but several of my colleagues praised it.

Die Zimmer sind recht neu und modern. Viel offener Sichtbeton, insbesondere an den Zimmerdecken - insgesamt ein modern-kühles Design. An sich wäre dieses Hotel eine gute Wahl für Oldenburg-Aufenthalte. Was jedoch gar nicht geht, ist das ständige Duzen der (in meinem Fall über 60-jährigen) Gäste durch die (nicht mal 30 Jahre alten) Mitarbeiter. Das ist unangemessen und respektlos. Sogar in englischsprachigen Ländern passiert dies nicht. Man kann auch viele Privatgespräche unter den Mitarbeitern beobachten, obwohl es an den Tischen etwas zu tun gäbe. Insgesamt scheint zu viel „Schlendrian“ in der Servicemannschaft zu sein.

Kurzaufenthalt mit 4 Personen. Wir hatten einen perfekten Eindruck. Freundlich, kompetent, hilfsbereit, sauber, tolle Lage, gute Organisation. Die Zimmer waren modern, schön eingerichtet, TV, WLAN top. Badezimmer perfekt eingerichtet. Hervorragendes Frühstück.

Dieses Hotel überzeugt auf der ganzen Linie. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und mit großer Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem und die ebenerdige Dusche ausgesprochen praktisch. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Früstücksangebot ist umfänglich und wohlschmeckend. Auch die Bar ist empfehlenswert und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Eine geschmackvolle Ausstattung von Rezeption, Lobby und Restaurant ergänzt den guten Eindruck. Hinzu kommt der ungezwungene Service. Das gesamte Personal ist überaus locker und freundlich. Die ruhige Lage im Zentrum und die Tiefgarage sind ebenfalls zu loben. Das ist zwar nicht ganz billig, aber der Preis ist völlig angemessen. So macht das Reisen Spaß!

Lage Top, Sauberkeit 10/10 nur leider ist der Service im Oh Honey eher 4/10 :-/ Zwar sind ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiter super freundlich, aber eben auch untereinander. Wenn quatschen und rumalbern mit den Kollegen spaßiger ist, als zu arbeiten empfinde ich das als unprofessionell. Es ist schön zu sehen dass das Personal sich wohl fühlt aber wenn ich als zahlende Gästin darunter leide weil ich kein zweites Getränk erhalte oder weil am Morgen das Frühstück noch nicht fertig ist - das ist für mich ein No Go.

Schönes neues Hotel, liegt nicht ganz zentral, aber die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Aufmerksamer Service, gutes Frühstück. Am Zimmer nichts zu beanstanden. Kostenpflichtiger Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Gebäude. Würde ich wieder buchen.
