This should be a very local hotel. The hotel is very close to Windsor Castle, and the environment is particularly good. As soon as you enter the door, you will see a huge open lawn. Before entering the hotel, you can see a fierce battle scene of a pet dog chasing a squirrel. The ecological and lively feeling of the hotel comes out at once.
The hotel has a good environment, with lawn fountains. Whether it is the exterior or the interior, it is very beautiful, and it also has a strong sense of humanity, such as making a home for squirrels on the grass, and drawing eyes and mouths on the scars after pruning the big trees.
Deville Beaumont is a large consortium, and the confidence is there, so the quality will naturally not be bad, so the hotel's facilities, bedding, towels, and bathroom appliances are all very good. However, although it looks very close to the airport, it is actually inconvenient to get here, and you can only take a taxi or drive. If you come to London for a tour and go back to Gatwick, if time permits, it is strongly recommended to come here for a rest, you can stroll around, have brunch and afternoon tea, which is much more comfortable than the airport hotel.
Breakfast is the most wonderful thing. Only a few items are picked up at the bar. Others need to be ordered. There are only one or two waiters. It takes a long time to eat, and it is not necessarily your favorite. When there are many guests, the waiter is so busy that his face is expressionless. I really don't know why they want this kind of service.
The big bed room is not bad, and the surrounding environment is also very good. Unfortunately, the breakfast mode is not mentioned in the details, otherwise I would not book this hotel.

In a popular tourist spot like Windsor, don’t have too high expectations even for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is in a very good location, just on the main street. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the castle. You can also see the castle from the rooms in the main building (if you are lucky enough to stay there) (to the main building), there are many rooms in the hotel in another building in the backyard. Below the building is the parking lot on the elevated floor, with no view at all. You have to go down the stairs to the backyard from the main building, and there is no elevator in the annex building, which is very inconvenient for guests with large luggage. There were a lot of guests in the hotel, and they said they could check in at 15:00, but I had to wait for almost an hour before the room was ready. The room size was OK, and the facilities met the requirements. However, the sewer pipe in the washbasin was very blocked and the water flow was very slow. The hotel reception staff is still very welcoming.
Lovely hotel, right opposite the castle. Our room was lovely, it was a really good size. The bar and lobby though was vey cold and uninviting, could have done with the air conditioning being turned down, otherwise a very pleasant stay.
The place to stay is not the hotel. The hotel said that the blue door in the back lane is their home. I think it is the A cargo room. It may be the same as the hotel itself. There is no elevator, and the luggage is really tired. So please pay attention when you book. Of course, the room is still big, and finally Ctrip also helped me coordinate, still very grateful to Ctrip, the service is good.
I was nervous about staying here because of a lot of negative reviews. They couldn't be further from the truth. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived the lobby /entrance was very clean with plenty of hand sanitising points. The room itself was very comfortable, clean warm and spacious with great shower and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast room was a fully stocked kitchen with do it yourself breakfast consisting of fruit, a choice of breads yoghurt cereals muffins croissants tea and coffee. It was very quiet considering its right on the main shopping street very near the castle and theatre with loads of eating and drinking establishments on the doorstep. We had a very comfortable stay and will most definitely be visiting again.
The hotel is close to Windsor Castle and provides free parking. The parking lot is on the underground first floor and there is an elevator, which is very important and very convenient for travelers with luggage. The family room we booked is relatively large and has a sofa bed, which is very suitable for a family of three.
The hotel provides a buffet on the first floor. Go early to have fewer people and a beautiful environment.
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The service is very good. The hotel has a large manor and it is very relaxing to ride a bicycle. Although it is expensive, it is worth it! 100 points
The location is very convenient, the food in the restaurant is good, the room is quiet and comfortable, the only drawback is that the taxi driver cannot take the taxi directly to the hotel lobby, and guests have to work hard to hold their luggage before they can find the entrance to the hotel lobby first.
