It was amazing

I stayed at this hotel with a friend, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the advertised free parking with no reservation required. However, we were shocked to later receive a £100 parking fine issued by the hotel's collections agency called Civil Enforcement Ltd. Even worse, this charge was billed directly to our rental car company (Enterprise), which then charged us an additional £35 administrative fee for handling the fine. We tried contacting the parking agency, but they were unhelpful and dismissive, and it seems we’re now stuck dealing with this entirely on our own—despite having parked exactly as the hotel claimed was allowed. On top of that, the room was uncomfortably hot—there was no air conditioning or even a fan, and we had to leave the window open just to get some air. Unfortunately, this exposed us to loud noise from the parking lot throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Between the misleading parking situation, lack of ventilation, poor customer service, surprise charges, and a poor night’s sleep, I can't recommend this hotel. Unless these issues are addressed, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Wonder service for the staff at the front desk. Reshma and Anakha were very helpful and dealt with me in a very professional manner.

Don’t know why the reviews of this hotel are so controversial. My sister and I spent two nights here while we attended the Lana Del Rey concert at the principality stadium. Staff were welcoming and friendly upon arrival, we booked a twin room which was very spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable too. The room was clean and the bathroom was lovely too. We had breakfast each morning which was fresh, hot and overall delicious. There was plenty of food to choose from including hot food, cereal, hot drinks, toast and pastries. Overall, we had a lovely stay here and would stay again.

Fantastic staff always willing to help and go the extra mile. It's clean not far from cardiff has great facilities. Easy parking not far from the motorway and the management are really helpful for getting back my lost acor points. And the room itself is very clean and comfortable.
