Location is no longer labeled as a Baymont but rather it's named Seasons Inn & Suites. Appears that there are new owners and/or management, since this hotel isn't under the Wyndham hotels umbrella. Hotel and room were in need of some maintenance and upkeep. Nothing in our room was broken, but a lot of the furniture and fixtures were banged up and dusty/dirty. Room needed a good scrubbing and some fresh paint. Hotel also had a poignant smell throughout, which was rather unpleasant. Service ranged from mediocre to poor. Check-in process was slow but adequate. However, when we needed to get bedding for the room, staff seemed confused and reluctant to assist. Worst experience by far was having housekeeping trying to enter our room at 8am, while most of the family were still waking up (and hours away from checkout). Breakfast provided was pretty substandard as well. Not many choices available, which is understandable for a free hotel breakfast. Quality of food was pretty low as well, though. Tried to get a cup of apple juice, and there were black splotches coming out of the machine. For the price of the reservation, I would have expected better quality of stay; either a nicer room and/or better service.
