Always friendly staff.

The standout of this trip was our clerk Randee, who went above and beyond on a night that few rooms were available. Randee was super and the room was clean. The elevator is a bit dated and snug, The AC worked at times, but it felt like it wasn’t on all systems go. The parking lot was a bit spread out but not terrible. It was okay for a night. Randee should be running the place in a few years!

I stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean throughout and very quiet even though it is located near the interstate. Breakfasts were ample and had a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel near a great little town!!

I found it a little weird that at check in, that I was given a sheet of paper that outlined things we were to do. The sheet said that we were to keep safe distance and to wear a mask in the common area at all times. Hard to eat breakfast with a mask on. No one wore a mask that I saw. I know you want to protect your employees, but with the covid emergency declared over in Illinois, it seems not the way to treat there customers.

Traveled to the area for a wedding & stayed here for a long weekend as part of group booking. It was a great time to see family & they served a fairly nice breakfast. & had area we could sit & visit. The town is just down the road a mile or 2. Only food we had outside of our events was a dominos pizza, so not sure about other restaurants. The only issue we ran into was we reserved online months in advance, when we checked in they only had a pet friendly room available & yes, it smelled of pets. They said that’s what I reserved, no not my first time to book online, but if I couldn’t take a pet friendly they would charge me to switch to accessibility room. We’ll i turned that down for several reasons - mainly I’m don’t need an accessible room & what if someone really did need. The staff was as courteous as possible but manager was not helpful at all …heard this was a common complaint Overall it worked out fine.

I would give no stars if I could guys please DO NOT STAY HERE!!! PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW GUYS THIS WILL SAVE YOU MONEY, HEADACHE, AND UNWELCOMED GUEST COMING HOME WITH YOU!! 🪳 My family does a family vacation for Christmas instead of gifts so we always meet at a Resort in Missouri (halfway point). Because it is a long drive and I am handicap we have to stay over at another hotel to put a gap in the drive. We decided to book at Comfort Inn this morning so that the drivers could get a few hours of rest. When I called I was told it was $98 plus tax when I got here I was told it was $114 plus tax okay no big deal that’s fine. (I got two rooms) I asked if he had one handicap accessible and he said yes (supposed to be same price) at the end of the transaction he says my mistake I don’t have a handicap but no worries I can just give you a suite since we don’t have handicap (as if he was giving it to me but actually charged me more $) The room was disgusting with several bugs found within 15 mins. Thank goodness we always check the bedding and stuff first ! I immediately called down to front desk and showed these pictures. I was told I could not get a refund ($260) and that he could only transfer me. I didn’t want to be transferred, I wanted the refund so that we could take that money to another nearby hotel… It’s 3 in the morning , we are already paying 260 for just a few hours to stay here and now everyone is uncomfortable! So we had to take the transfer. It is now 3:30am and this room is no different from the first one!! So basically we either sleep in the van in 3 degree weather or stay in this 🤮 Don’t drink the lemonade they offer when you come in as that had things floating in it and front desk just said “sorry” pool was dirty (not that we need it for 6 hour or stay) but sooo unacceptable!! Please just stay somewhere else guys!

We arrived hot and tired from what, for us, was a long drive. We had no reservations and were just hoping that the Comfort Inn could accommodate us. The people at the front desk were more than accommodating they were kind and helpful which was really appreciated. In no time at all we were installed in a clean comfortable room where everything worked and the surroundings quiet. We had a great night's sleep, a good breakfast and were off nice and early for another long drive.

Terrible checkout procedure. Had to wait 20 minutes to checkout and employees didn’t seem to have a strong understanding of what they’re doing. Shiva and Vami were the name of the employees who could not figure this out.

I liked this hotel; they had friendly service at the desk and the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi was good and the breakfast was also good with some nice options. Happy with this stay experience.
