I fell at the front door. Your front desk staffer saw me fall and completed a report which q no copy was given to me. Since the fall I have been in pain and will see a doctor to be checked.
Our first room had a tv channel problem, we had a phone problem in the second room we were given. There was no maintenance on site to fix anything. TheyThe front desk staffer was compassionate.

Did not have maid service at all. Cleaning ladies that I saw spoke No English. Trash can outside front doorway was over flowing, with lots of trash on the floor.

We found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well kept. It was in an good, centrally located spot for our needs. We were very pleased with the staff friendliness and service. Would definitely stay there again if our travels warranted. Cassandra at the front desk was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional.
