+ free car parking + extreme friendly and patient multilingual staff + restaurant with nice athmosphere + upon reuqest gluten free bread for breakfasst + clean bathroom + balkoney - breakfast food selection could be more rich - no elevator - no staff available during nght hours

Wir haben nur eine Nacht hier verbracht. Das relativ günstige Hotel liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, man kann im Sommer problemlos mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Beim Check-in fanden wir nur eine Telefonnummer und unseren Schlüssel hinterlegt. Das Hotel und unser Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem der fleckige Teppich sollte dringend gegen etwas pflegeleichteres getauscht werden, auch wenn er offensichtlich gereinigt wurde. Das Bad war zum Glück neu, ebenso die (sehr festen) Betten. Wer frühstücken möchte, sollte wohl besser zu Beginn des Zeitfensters kommen, sonst findet man ein leeres Buffet und andere hungrige Gäste vor. Wir mussten alles frische wie Brötchen, Käse und Eier erst erbitten, warten und dann schnell sein, bevor alles wieder geplündert wurde. Die Brötchen waren dann in der Eile leider noch innen gefroren. Aber heutzutage sind hungrige Gäste umwelttechnisch wahrscheinlich besser als Waste Food... Nach einigen Fehlversuchen konnten wir sogar bezahlen und uns aus dem engen Parkplatz schrauben und abreisen. Insgesamt wirkte alles etwas unprofessionell auf uns und als ob man gar nicht wirklich auf Gäste vorbereitet war, obwohl das Hotel gut voll war.

Abbiamo prenotato tramite booking 2 camere matrimoniale con colazione, arriviamo nessuno parlava inglese su sito c era scritto che parlavano tre linque invece alla reception c'era solo uno che parlava tedesco, troviamo due doppie invece delle matrimoniali e senza collazione, naturalmente non e stato possibile dimostrare e spiegare che avevamo due matrimoniali con colazione perche il tedesco non lo parlavamo,la mattina seguente per la colazione c'era una che parlava inglese ,e ci ha chiesto 10 euro a persona per fare colazione invece sul sito la colazione costava 4,80 a persona ,naturalmente non l abbiamo fatta ,in camera abbiamo unito i letti e sotto era pieno di polvere e ragnatele, mai successo in vita mia che ritirano gli asciugamani sporchi ma non mettono i puliti,l unica cosa positiva il parcheggio gratuito ,non consiglierei
