All negative. For the incidental costs they blamed eDreams who do not notify customers. Sounds like legalized theft to me. Also because I was given a mini apartment when I had booked a room. Because I only had to stay 3 nights. Perhaps eDreams should know more about the establishments it advertises. If there are no rooms in this structure but only apartments, why was I able to book a room that wasn't actually there?
