My husband and I decided to have dinner at this resort at the suggestion of friends who had spoken very highly of the location and cuisine. Apart from some difficulties in finding the entrance because it is not well signposted (I suggest at least some signage near the intersection) the location is truly suggestive, in the middle of the Gallura countryside. The restaurant is elegant but not "plastered". The service was very attentive with staff present and polite but not insistent. Let's get to the menu: meat and fish, with a choice of 4 starters, 4 first courses, 4 second courses and 4 desserts. We chose two appetizers, tuna tataki and purple prawn tartare, both very interesting both in terms of plating and taste. High quality tuna cooked to perfection. We continued with a first course, buttons (raviolini) with vegetable charcoal and amberjack with Jerusalem artichoke cream: the first was an explosion of taste and elegance. Amberjack cooked to perfection. We concluded with two desserts and accompanied the dinner with two glasses of Vermentino. Price absolutely in line with the great quality of the ingredients and above all with the research behind each dish. On my way out I couldn't help but compliment the young and talented chef (the open kitchen gives you the chance to see her at work). We will definitely be back to try the other options on the menu.
