Seemed like it was a very nice hotel. But I missed a lot of things. The service wasn’t great, when I came in I was given a map and shown one road instead of the major landmarks. The towels were washed no matter what, but I would like to save water and have them washed when I want to. It was next to a club and I could hear the music in my room. And the drinks in the room were really expensive, a bottle of water for €9! Etc

Everything excellent. Total predisposition towards the guest, all the staff super attentive to any question. Mr. Luca is a number one just like his reception partner. Varied and abundant breakfast. Large and comfortable spaces. I will definitely return to Colonna Palace Hotel on Via Montello. Highly recommended.

The hotel was difficult to find i got lost with Google maps and eventually found it on a side street. The foyer area was nice and clean and the concierge were very professional and went out there way to find the bus times for the airport. As I approached my room I noticed the carpet was very dirty and needed a good clean. I opened the room door and was really surprised a lovely large room. Very welcoming lovely bedding and comfortable bed with all amenities including water and refreshments in the fridge. The bathroom was lovely with a large walk in shower. Breakfast was nice with a lots of choice of cheeses and eggs and fruit The concierge was very polite on checkout.

On the first night I was put in a room with no WiFi, after raising the issue I was then given a different room on the 3rd night. On the fifth night the bathroom was left uncleaned, staff ‘took note’, issue was not even attempted to be resolved. I would not recommend this hotel, very poor service.

This hotel really did not live up to my expectations for a 4 star hotel at all. The rooms are just dated and drab. The furniture was old and tatty. The detail in the rooms wasn't there either, things like the pipe collars on the radiators were broken and hanging off. The radiator in the bathroom was speckled with rust too. The staff were so friendly though and we're happy to help with restaurant recommendations etc. The continental breakfast wasn't anything special either.

When we arrived at the hotel room, we were astonished, as it was really big - at least 50 square metres. We felt ourselves really well. However, as we have travelled in Sardinia quite a lot now, then it is typical that you do not think about heating. You fall asleep in a warm room, but wake up in cold, as the sun does not heat the room any more. The hotel is in a good location - close to Olbia Terranova train station and not too far from the city centre. In conclusion, the hotel is not a disappointment. For this money - it is impossible to get a room spacious like that anywhere.

It's not bad if you're just going to sleep. The staff is super friendly, both at reception and cleaning. Very large rooms, comfortable bed, but old decoration. Large and clean bathroom, but on the outside, a lot of dirt. The regular environment. The type of people you gather at train stations. The bus stop that goes to the airport is next door. There are several restaurants nearby. Also Chinese type stores. When it comes to parking, there is always something hanging around. It is central. There is a small parking lot in front, but only 6 or 7 cars fit. Very fair breakfast. A curious little restaurant, but little fruit and little variety. If you are going to spend a few days and want to be close to the airport it is fine, but as a transit. The best, your staff.
