Hotel in the center, clean and well furnished room, normal bathroom complete with everything, price and quality a little expensive, but for one night 1-3 days I recommend

Seemed more like a hospital room than a hotel. Room was worn down and certainly no robes like in the photos. Shower was moldy and no soap dish or anything to even put soap on except shower floor. Walls are paper thin and you can hear anything and everything outside the room. Sleep was difficult. I will say the AC worked and was cold. Location good.

A lot of 5 star hotels could learn from this well run hotel. Service cannot be faulted. Staff are friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile. Other hotels we have visited on this trip have appeared to be indifferent to overseas visitors at times and pandered more to their local tourists which we have found quite surprising. Breakfast is ample and staff ask if you would like a coffee and also ask if you would like a top up. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the location can’t be beat being only a short stroll from shops and eateries. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to people wanting a good option at a reasonable price.

A great hotel close to the marina and a 5 minute walk into town. Lovely room with a comfortable bed and a great breakfast with plenty of choice. The staff are amazing and can't do enough to help. I had an accident on day 3 of my holiday and had to be flown home 2 days later. The staff went above and beyond, arranging a taxi from the hospital to the hotel, checking I was ok and offering food, they are absolutely wonderful and caring. I would happily go back as this is a beautiful Island.

This Hotel is excellent and the people that work there are amazing. I ended up sick for 2 days and they accommadated me for the extended stay. During that time, they consistently sent me emails asking if I needed anything and they would get me food or drink if needed. Great location, Great people, Very helpful. You would be crazy to overlook this Hotel. Breakfast is outstanding on the rooftop also. Well done Essenza. Thankyou very much

Fantastic family run hotel with delicious breakfast. Oblia is not the greatest destination but this hotel was wonderful. Comfortable bed with excellent shower and a great breakfast with lots of options and even eggs cooked-to-order. The lady who runs it helped us get tea at night because there isn't any in the room. So glad we chose this hotel which is very close to the airport (everything in Olbia is close to the airport) but in the more interesting part of the city. The area right near the airport is very depressing, full of ***** box stores with poor quality things. Nicer to be in the older part of the city and this hotel is in a great location---central but quiet and not on the main street.

We stayed in this brilliant Hotel for 3 nights This hotel is truly amazing. Wonderful staff spacious rooms with an excellent range of toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities and a plentiful supply of still and sparking water in the fridge. Beach towels are available at the really low cost of €5 at reception. The light and airy breakfast room is located in the terrace on the top floor, offering indoor and outdoor dining. There is an impressive array of hot and cold drinks, fruit, cheeses , cured meats, breads , pastries and cakes. Alongside this generous buffet affair you can have a freshly cooked omelette. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful here to guests. It's really a top class hotel in everyday.

Great hotel for a few days en route to La Maddalena . Centrally located, quiet rooms and very helpful staff - held our luggage after a very early arrival The breakfast terrace is wonderful . Olbia is a charming town with plenty of restaurants and services
