This was a great stay, wished i could stay longer , the whole area, residents, staff was very helpful and available on demand, always checking with us that we have and have all the information needed about the stay but also best restaurants and beaches to see, including option to get taxi for our pick dropp off or even sorting out renting a car. Amazing stay facilities was very clean and everything was needed was there. I went with my family and i am coming back in Oct , even considering for once a year stay

This resort is massive and spread out across a very steep hillside. You have to be fit to walk up and down the steep steps and their are hundreds of them. The pool is massive too - but there is only one pool for hundreds of people - and when we were there it was only open 10am-1pm 3pm-7pm...closed 1pm-3pm regardless of the weather. Mid September and the only cafe/restaurant closed...one small mini-market and after that a drive out to supermarket in Portocisco 3-miles away. The resort staff were helpful, our accommodation was basic - a time share (RCI) swap - but nowhere near as well equipped as our base resort. There are excellent beaches a short drive away. There were tennis courts but we did not use them. There are excellent views. Olbia airport is 15-minutes away.

Left stay in our car first night reception open when they want when they do open there very ignorant not helpfull every thing is an add on 70 for cleaning 10 for towels 50for pool 35 for tv 15 a day for Aircon false advertising on there website place should be closed down whole resort is dated old furniture dodgy repair work done

Don't be fooled by the beautiful swimming pool which is certainly the flagship of the residence. The structure is dilapidated and neglected; the rented apartment was dirty, with an unmade bed, the doors of the kitchen furniture were in pieces, the shower cubicle with a door that didn't close, leaky taps and a toilet that stuck. Strengthened by a deposit of 100 euros deposited at check-in without a receipt, there is a decalogue of (questionable) rules and penalties such as 20 euros for each hour of late check-out, 26 euros for failure to clean the stove, 30 euros for however, any rubbish left behind requires 50 euros for final cleaning. Towels are not included in the price (10 euros per person). All the services in the square were not available as it was the end of the season. Rude and incompetent reception. Not recommended

Terrible structure! Arrogant and unprofessional receptionists! Dilapidated buildings! Two-room apartment in terrible condition! I stayed at the Cugnana Verde residence with my family from 4 to 14 September in a studio apartment near the swimming pool. We had a great time . We did the shopping in Olbia at the nearest Conad Spazio Conad in the shopping centre. From the residence it is possible to visit all the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The month of September was perfect with beautiful weather and uncrowded beaches. We also visited two beaches in one day as they are all very close to each other and there is always a piece of free beach next to the equipped beach. At the reception of the residence they were very nice and explained everything to us. I recommend this residence for the good price and the proximity to many places on the Emerald Coast.

As for commercial activities, there is a place that acts as a bar and restaurant, a shop selling beach items, a kiosk and a small grocery shop, where the prices are shocking....there is no ATM....and for find other services, you have to travel by car to other countries.... Not suitable for disabled people.....
