Excellent hotel, beautiful room, great and efficient service. Right at the centre of Olbia. Our room was very big, nicely decorated and with a varanda facing the main pedestrian street. Very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again!!

Pros Great central location Over a bar but with windows closed noise was ok Cons Aircon broken and despite repeated requests was not fixed Reception/ Check in is non existent Shower has algae Coffee machine was not cleaned from the guests before us Breakfast is just pre packed miserable pastries Similar to another review this was very disappointing - sadly we had booked and prepaid for three nights and had no contact with owner so could not get a refund and leave

We stayed here 3 night in August. For the price we were disappointed. Here’s the pro’s and con’s pros Good location, beautiful villa Gorgeous rooms Double glazed windows Cute courtyard (Aldo a bar) cons No reception attendance It’s above a wine bar which was playing very loud music, then a vocalist. So loud it wasn’t even pleasant to sit in the courtyard as you couldn’t talk. Breakfast very average and no milk for coffee Not good value for money. Ps: I wish we booked 2 nights not 3

La struttura, a 5min dal porto e appena dentro la zona turistica, è molto graziosa grazie anche al giardinetto interno. La camera è stata decorata a regola d’arte, pulita e ordinata. Il personale è giovane, solare e disponibile. Ringraziamo Federico per il sostegno telematico. Ci ritorneremo volentieri
