Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel BB war rundum fantastisch. Der Service war herzlich und aufmerksam, was sofort eine willkommene Atmosphäre schuf. Das Frühstücksbuffet beeindruckte mit seiner Vielfalt und Frische. Die Lage ist ideal, um das Zittauer Gebirge und die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Das Highlight war die Schmalspurbahn direkt gegenüber. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gemütlich und einladend. Abends wurden wir mit abwechslungsreichen und leckeren Gerichten verwöhnt. Die problemlose Parkplatzsituation direkt am Hotel war ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir waren begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt und können das Hotel BB nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Lage. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl, über die sich die meisten Gäste freuen werden. Ich war alleine hier, für zwei Nächte und habe nicht richtig etwas zu bemängeln. Ich werde bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen. Das Personal und der Chef waren auch sehr freundlich. Bei Fragen über die Umgebung habe ich einfach den Chef gefragt, der mir mehrere gute Tipps gegeben hat.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer hat eine angenehme Größe und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wie haben Halbpension gebucht, was eine gute Entscheidung war. Abends konnte man zwischen 3 Menüs wählen, da wird jeder fündig. Besonders positiv: hier kümmert sich der Chef des Hauses persönlich um die Gäste und gibt wirklich sehr hilfreiche und nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge in die sehr schöne Umgebung. Wer ausspannen möchte ist hier richtig. Darüber hinaus gibt es jede Menge zu erleben, vor allem eine Fahrt mit der historischen Dampflok sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Immer wieder gerne.

Die positiven Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Halbpension im Vergleich zu jedem anderen Hotel welches ich je besucht habe eher unterdurchschnittlich. Und die Aussage: UM 7.59 UHR STEHT BEIM FRÜHSTÜCK NOCH DIE KLINKE UNTER STROM im Beisein eines 7jährigen Kindes stößt mir heute noch unwohl auf. Wir als zahlungswillige Gäste wurden gemaßregelt wie in längst vergangenen Zeiten, und das halte ich dem Hotelier vor. In der Bewerbung des Hotels wird viel versprochen- was es im Ansatz nicht halten kann
