If you're looking for a surprise vacation, this hotel is the perfect choice. The surprise starts right at check-in, when you find out... there’s no room for you! So, we did a little family team building and squeezed into one room for the first night — just like the good old days. The menu? Exotic — if by "exotic" you mean completely lacking local flavor, with modest portions and just enough variety to keep the chef from falling asleep. The all-inclusive was more like "some-inclusive." Cleanliness? Mostly present in theory. The air conditioning unit had what looked like a small mushroom farm — probably a well-studied species. The staff was visible, but seemed to be playing a game of hide-and-seek with the mop. We also had a fascinating cultural exchange at the bar with an employee who didn’t speak English and didn’t seem bothered by that — but was clearly bothered by our unorganized presence in front of the counter. The grill? Extremely popular. So popular, in fact, that queues formed like at the grand opening of a store with rare and precious discounts — always in limited supply. The water slides? Open just long enough to whet your appetite. If you happened to get stuck halfway down, well… lucky you. A bit of extra thrill. At 8:45 PM, the lights in the restaurant area go out abruptly. A clear sign that the fun is over and it’s time for bed — like in summer camp. Or maybe management was trying to create a romantic atmosphere and we just didn’t catch the vibe. We were also offered a little à la carte "bonus": a soup for the starter and grilled fish with four types of salad arranged artistically. The only choice? You could decide whether to have the soup before or after the main course. A true gourmet adventure! We rushed back to the buffet to grab some real food, afraid we’d go to bed hungry. The fish stayed behind — apparently it still had business on the grill, and we interrupted it. The bright side? The beach was nice, the sea was beautiful, and there were plenty of sunbeds and towels. Nature, as always, came to the rescue. Conclusion? If you're looking to return home with funny stories and not so much rest, this is the place. It was the first time in my life I was actually happy that my vacation was over. If you'd rather avoid that kind of joy — look for a different destination.

Very disappointing experience at Concordia Celes Hotel. We arrived from Kazakhstan with a tour package that clearly included a Family Room, but upon arrival, we were given a completely different, lower-standard room — without any explanation or apology. The receptionist, Yuliya, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made us feel very unwelcome from the very beginning. What shocked us most was the double standard: Wi-Fi is free for some guests, but we were told to pay $12, apparently just because we didn’t speak Russian. This felt discriminatory and unfair. As Kazakh guests, we’ve always believed in the strong friendship between Turkey and Kazakhstan — but unfortunately, we didn’t feel that spirit here. We do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

I stayed here on vacation 7 days. The staff are very polite and some of them do speak English. The rooms are great and cleaned everyday. The food is amazing! Everythimg I had was amazing and delicious! The beach is with rocks, but I don't mind. There are events and shows every night and there is a spa and a Turkish bath. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a nice relaxing vacation. Especially it's great if you come with kids because they have activities for them as well and a playground for kids.

Worst Hotel Experience – Please Avoid at All Cost We had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel, and I strongly urge others to avoid it. From the moment we arrived, after traveling for over 7 hours, we were greeted with nothing but attitude from a grumpy older man at reception. The issues didn’t end there. The air conditioning in the restaurant wasn’t working, and the entire place felt filthy and unhygienic. Flies were sitting on the food, and no one seemed to care. The food itself was questionable quality — moldy cheese(not bue cheese just moldy)served daily, barely any variety at breakfast, and what little meat they offered required standing in 30-minute queues. Fresh fruit? Forget about it. Unless you consider low-quality apples, dry oranges, and watermelon a fruit selection. To top it off, they charge €12 for a week's internet access — for just one device. In this day and age, that’s ridiculous. Worst of all, on our final day, both adults and our child ended up with food poisoning. That alone speaks volumes about the kitchen’s cleanliness (or lack thereof). The entire experience gave off unsanitary and careless vibes, and we were counting down the minutes until we could leave. I honestly don’t know who is writing the positive reviews for this place, but do not be fooled. This was the worst hotel experience of our lives, and it is absolutely not worth the money we paid. Avoid at all costs.

We had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel, and I strongly urge others to avoid it. From the moment we arrived, after traveling for over 7 hours, we were greeted with nothing but attitude from a grumpy older man at reception. No warm welcome, no information about the hotel — just a key card handed over with zero communication. We felt completely unwelcome and disappointed right from the start. When you finally did get something like lamb, it was mostly bones — more suitable for dogs than people. Fresh fruit? Forget about it. Unless you consider low-quality apples, dry oranges, and watermelon a fruit selection. To top it off, they charge €12 for a week's internet access — for just one device.
