Definitly NOT 5 stars! We stayed only 2 days and changed our hotel. ROOM: Our room was not properly clean (dirty fridge, dirty bathroom) and from pictures you can see zero maintenance. The mold was old... FOOD: Dinner was ok! Breakfast... low budget. ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE: is about conveniance, right? Beach bar was operating only în the noon hours, so no beverages in the morning / afternoon. Only from the restaurant. No refills in the room the entire 7 days (told by another family there). Also, they told us: no toaleta paper, no fresh towels (just folded). POOL: Clean water. Dirty and old tables. BEACH: rocks... The travel agency told me: "Oh, sand, madame! " Nope... The șea entry is not smooth. The beach îs dirty, old and a place to collect / deposit garbage. RESTAURANT / BARS - not clean... :( VIEW: the hotel îs very close to the next one, you can see în eachother's room. INTERNET: the site is mentioning: "Free în all Common Areas". Is Free only în the loby. For all areas the fee în 5 euro/device. The electricity power went down 3 Times în 2 days, because (they said), the system can not support the cool air system. The local guide helped us to change the hotel and the last 5 days were truly Turcia Experience.

I found this hotel great ! We enjoyed a lot for 10 days. I don't want to miss anything in my review that's why I wil write with numbers 1. Hotel is very clean 2. Food is very,very goed. Variety of dishes plenty of greens for the healthy fricks and paradise for those with a sweet tooth 3.Animation team is wonderful! Enthusiastic and kind. We love Rico! Lovely person and full of energy .There are a lot of activities . You wil never be bored. 4. Hospitality is TOP ! Me and my family felt very comfortable and taken for. Very kind and warm hotel staff. Helpful and smiling I can't give all names but my pictures show the atmosphere . 5. And the last one..MASSAGES Very,very goed ! We would like to thank to Nas and Dr Ahmed for a great work We feel very relaxed afterall. I can surely recommend this hotel for a holiday !

The facility is very nice, the beach is very nice, the food is ok, the guests were rude, disrespectful and rude, no Turkish add-ons, no Turkish music, this is not something that should be said to the boss. We especially liked Mr. Remzi, who was constantly taking care of us so that we would not get bored

I have been staying at this hotel for a week. Although it is already November, the service remains at the highest level. I have a room with a magnificent view. Cleaning is done regularly and cleanly. The staff is polite and friendly. A wide variety of dishes and desserts. A beautiful and well-maintained area. There are several swimming pools. Everyone will find a place to relax and have fun. I watch families with children, they are very happy with the animation, water slides. In general, I am very pleased with the hotel and I recommend everyone to come here.

Very friendly atmosphere and perfect customer service…. Lovely food with a huge range of food selections.It’s close to shopping Centres … good to walk in the evenings…. I one word ,it has everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday.

Smaller hotel, good servise, we enjoyed our vacation here there was smaller choice of food but still very good. This hotel is more for adults and couples without children. The personal is kind. I recommend this hotel with my whole heart. Thank you for nice holiday.

New hotel with about 90% guests from the CIS states. There were no problems whatsoever. Very good food, very clean and comfortable rooms. Beach consisted of pebbles and coarse sand. Only the entertainment was too intrusive. Very good value for money.
