The hotel has everything you need for a great holiday, first class service, smiling and very welcoming staff, especially Ramadan, we need everything you need, cleaning every room every night, %100 we recommend. The transportation from the hotel to the beach was very frequent, every 15 minutes, the activities during the day were frequent so we wouldn't get bored and very funny.

A nice stay at Litore Hotel with a large family of 15 people however, there are some negatives which brings the hotel down. Firstly, we arrived at 11pm to some not very friendly reception staff who do not speak very good English, the language barrier was an issue. We finally got given rooms and when we arrived to our room the room was already occupied by our other family members who had arrived slightly earlier than us. We went back down to reception and let them know which we then got a response to tell us that for one night we had to share the room with our other family members (my aunty and uncle) and we were alll changing rooms tomorrow! No one had agreed to this or we had not been informed of this. They told us there were no other rooms and we had to share for the night, there was no apology or recognition of what had happened. We were obviously not happy about this and I stated very clearly that me and my husband were not going to share a room with my aunty and uncle. We had paid for our own room which we were entitled to. After a lot of back and forth conversation, we were finally given our room at 3am!!!!! But we were still told we had to change rooms the next day. Myself and my husband along with 3 other couples in our groups had to change rooms the next day. The next day we spoke to the front of house manager who was extremely rude to us, we got no apology the whole time, no recognition of what had happened or that it was their fault. We got offered no compensation or nothing so this was not a very good start to our holiday at all! The hotel and grounds are very nice. The pool is huge with plenty of sun beds. The food in the buffet restaurant is good and there is plenty of options of food, you cannot go hungry! The entertainment and animation team are average, they do offer activities throughout day as with most resorts. The rooms are nice and house keeping/room cleaning every day . The towels are very thin though and there is no shampoo or conditioner. Th drinks are okay however, alcohol is very watered down and cocktails have a lot of syrup and sugar in them. I would not say this is a 5 star hotel and they do have improvements to make.
