Honestly best hotel IV stayed in room 581 it was so clean food was lovely so much different choices and the staff was incredible one shout to one of the servers locked quite young had a scar near his eye but can't fault him he was all ways smiling so kind and was everywhere Evan when it was really busy it was honestly the best experience IV had on holiday and thank you for the hotel when I told them I was gonna propose to my other half and when we got back to the room they left us a bottle of wine and card and some food it was really nice touch deffo will be back and thank you

Incredible hotel with so much to do for everyone. Food is amazing and lots of choice, always fresh and tasty! The beach is stunning and so handy being on the hotel. Kids always have lots of activities and good evening entertainment. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are all so accommodating. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely come back! Thankyou so much for a wonderful family holiday.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Food is terrible and drinks are cheap and local. Couldn't get even something made in the evening for food except spaghetti, sauce and lintel soup which not everyone likes unfortunately and no way to even get a takeaway delivered. Day time menu has pizza advised but was told a straight "NO" with not explanation. Staff are ok but not good with English at all. Dont waste your time or money. Would never return again. Would say its a 3 star hotel "maximum". If you want a 5 star hotel then look for Rixos branch hotel.

This was my second time visiting this beautiful place. Everyone is polite and friendly and welcoming. Food was brilliant and fresh and so tasty. Hotel was spotless clean, fresh towels every day. This was the best hotel and best holiday ever and will be back again.

Went as 4 adult family members. The first experience was not a good one. Arrived at the hotel around 1.30am, after a straightforward and friendly check in a bell boy wanted to take our cases to our room, we didn't want them taking, we just wanted a drink and to relax after an over 4 hour flight an 2 hour transfer. So we sat in the bar, he came over and asked if we were ready to go up and said don't worry we'll take our own, but he tried again, so the men relented and went up to the room with him, we didn't really have any money to hand so offered what we had and he said, keep it, it's not enough and returned the money, that was very rude. That being said, this is a lovely hotel, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful, it immaculately clean everywhere. Our room had a double bed and single bed in, enough storage, comfy bed and pillows, good shower, mini bar filled daily, maid service daily and she did a fantastic job. Two pool areas with lots of sunbeds and parasols, but if you leave it till after 10.00am you may struggle. A bar at the pool and a bar by the beach that also serves food, a bar in the restaurant and a bar in the lobby which has comfy sofas and chairs. We didn't see any of the entertainment so can't comment on that. There is some shops inside the hotel and shops within walking distance. I can recommend this hotel.
