What can I say , club aqua plaza was beautiful every single person of staff was so lovely and friendly , couldn't fault any of them , the animation team were amazing , we booked the superior room , which was worth the extra bit of money , just for the views and space of the room . The food was good and although it was consistent it was still nice . Ignore the bad reviews there is nothing negative to say about this hotel and we would definitely come back .

Amazing place with great food, fun water park and lovely staff. Mami has been very helpful and kind. We have had a great time, booked tours to visit the fountains and pirate boat. Also got the local bus to the Marina where we had a great time. Saw all the boats and had a amazing lunch

Me and my family went to club aqua plaza in Turkie we have had an amazing experience the staff are so polite and very helpful they carry your bags to your room and we’re absolutely fantastic would highly recommend it thank you for a lovely time aqua plaza we will be back

Ten minutes after arriving at this hotel we knew we had made the right choice. They have everything to suit families, couples, singles. The entire team work effortlessly and the animation team are amazing, the interaction with the guests make it extra special. We have made some lovely memories with selim, enes gypsy, hakim, hasan and memet. Would highly recommend this hotel to all. We will be booking to come back with our children in October.

Staff very friendly - Seyfi and Emin at the pool looked after us all week, always smiling! Animation team also super fun. Food was low on vegan options but always plenty of fresh food being topped up. Restaurant nice and clean. Room was very basic and a bit tired, bed was the hardest I have ever tried to sleep in! Pool and slides all great fun, lots to do all day and snack bars pick up when restaurant is shut.

Very nice hotel, great service. During our stay at the hotel we had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful animator – Hakim. He is an extremely nice and positive person who created a great atmosphere from the first day. Always smiling, full of energy and ideas for spending time together. Thanks to him, every day was full of laughter and good fun. Hakim was able to engage both children and adults – regardless of age, everyone felt welcome and important. He is an animator with a true calling.
