Very pleasant stay and a great hotel. Food was very good, staff were great, entertainment was decent, rooms were well appointed and clean. Excellent value for money. Really benefits from its newness, everything worked, nothing was tired or broken. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was the beach which was a little disappointing given it was a shuttle bus away and very stoney.

We thought the hotel was great, very clean and friendly. Brilliant value, my wife and I paid £1000 all-inclusive for a week. The weather was brilliant. The hotel has its own private part of the beach where you can get drinks and sun loungers. It's a steep walk down from the hotel, but they provide a shuttle service every 10 minutes.

We went here for a week of rest and relaxation. The hotel is very clean and tidy. There are staff cleaning throughout the day. Rooms very clean. Shower had good pressure. The patisserie, great cakes and coffee 10am-6pm (went several times a day for a latte), ice lollies available between 11-4 I think and waffles served between 3 and 4pm daily. Plenty of large fridges dotted about with bottled water so you can help yourself. All bar areas were good. Great attentive staff. Good selection of wines and cocktails. Draft beer. Pool areas had plenty of sun loungers and no need to reserve/ get up at the crack of dawn to get a decent lounger. Water slides were good. Animation team were friendly and encouraged you to join in activities but weren’t pushy Beach was spotless and sea warm. Plenty of sun loungers and tables/chairs in the back bar area. There is a shuttle too and from the beach as the road to it is a bit steep. Only down side was that the food was generally warm rather than hot. There was a great selection of bread/cakes/pastries for breakfast along with pancakes, eggs of every description, yoghurt/fruit/cereal/ cheese/meats etc. Lunch and dinner: generally several meats and fish with lots of salads, pasta, chips and lots more to choose from. Always plenty of fruit available too including grapes, apples, pears, plums, peaches Overall we had a lovely holiday and the staff helped to make it that.

To start with the hotel is spotless clean, everywhere is cleaned all the time. We arrived at 2am, reception staff were friendly and escorted us to our room, food was available but we decided against it. The room was spacious, well appointed and very clean, only 2 English channels available in the tv, both news channels, bathroom very good, excellent shower, bed was large and comfortable. Their was plenty of choice in the restaurant, however most of it was at best warm, but again plenty of salads, fruit etc, cakes were exceptional, large choice, if you have a sweet tooth you could put on a lot of weight. The pool areas were very well serviced by sun beds with never a need to put towels on, however some did!! The pool bar was open all day and there was never an issue with getting drinks. The pool bar was also the main bar in the evening, Abdulah the main barman in the evening is exceptional, serving at least 2 at a time, if you were sat at the bar he would top up your drinks until you told him to stop, sometimes that didn't work! Both daytime & evening entertainment was good without being pushy. Overall a very enjoyable holiday, we would have no problem with going back again, would have given it 5 stars if it could sort out the cold food which let's the hotel down.

I don't often make reviews but I will make an exception in this case. Pros: location, staff, cleanliness. Cons: food VERY poor (little variation/luke warm at best/no basics (bananas!) and speciality a la carte night a great disappointment. The hotel has an issue with sewage smells in the bathrooms all too often. One couple were moved twice, as requested, due to the smell and 'charged' for the room upgrade they were given! Returning guests told of a massive drop in food quality from previous years. We spoke to the hotel about food (hot dishes) being luke warm and after some initial improvement it slipped back. Steak was better used to make moccasins. Other foods were just bland or visually unappetising. We heard of other guests complaining about the food quality but their concerns were dismissed. The manager even told one guest to try other hotels in Alanya! If you did not arrive early for meals you missed out on some food items as they were not replenished. That was a bit of luck I hear you say. The staff are great especially those in service. The chefs and managements customer facing skills are poor at best making little or no attempt to address guest concerns. Apparently the senior man in the restaurant who wears shoes with no socks is particularly unapproachable which was a shame. It seems to be a hotel under 'cost pressures' trying to save money yet alienating the guests in the process. But not all is lost!! The pool barman Abdullah is truly exceptional (memory man) as was Volcan our life saving first aider, the fabulous Ousman (waiter) and Khan Jet2 rep. I could mention more but the list goes on. Management please sort it out. This hotel has real potential! 3 star at best (without improvements)

This was a fantastic holiday! First time we went for 10 days and could have stayed longer! Hotel was fantastic and spotless, staff were amazing and so friendly! Always able to get a sun lounger at the pool and the beach which was 2 min away. Food was excellent with plenty of choice! Surrounding area was friendly and safe. We will be back!

Stayed here for a week. Hotel staff very friendly. When checking into the room. It was dirty with black hairs every where, waldrobe and draws still had hairs and rubbish in there. Bathroom was dirty. The drain to the sink was full of hair. Food was ok. Was very bland. Drinks from the pool bar not the best but that’s what you get with all inclusive. Entertainment staff lovely but throughout the day and evening the entertainment needs to be improved.

I'll start with the pros first as this wont take long. Laguna beach is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The reception staff where accommodating, the pool was lovely and the beach was a 3 minute walk but on a steep hill,so the hotel provides a jeep to take you up and down, which was nice. The staff at the beach where lovely too. The food was OK we've had worse. Now for the cons. The hotel was miles out from anywhere, with very little to do around it but look at fake tat. There was very little or no entertainment for the older people never mind the young as stated in other reviews, the so called entertainment crew did not acknowledge either of us once all holiday. They danced on a bridge a 3.30pm every day. Or maybe walk around with a clip board asking very few people if they wanted to buy bingo tickets. Then I was informed by another person staying at the hotel that they complained as know one wanted to participate, all they had to do was ask people around the pool but they chose not to. The entertainment, when it happened was at the amphitheatre, where people old, young and disabled couldn't get to as it had steep concrete steps to get down to and the only bar was to go up and down them steps, then to sit on concrete steps whilst u watch is not ideal, this definitely needs looking into.as the space at the pool would be more accomodating as everyone is already sat around the bar. Waiting for something to happen, which never does by the way,Instead they chose to have no music or entertainment around the pool which made no sense to anybody. We let staff no about our fridge smelling, no one came. We went to look for the maintenance man he looked and opened the fridge and had to run out nearly being sick and when we came back it was fixed. It leads us to say we will definitely not be returning.

The hotel is modern, clean, and lovely. We found food to eat at every meal time. The staff are excellent and attentive the lower down the ranks they are. The higher ups come across as unapproachable. And the Manager looks grumpy and hogs an outside table every time (with his muse) which I find unprofessional. He certainly doesn’t talk to the guests. We are used to going out for a drink or food on previous holidays (not every night), the area this hotel is in doesn’t lend itself to this. And given this, the lack of evening entertainment may cause you an issue. Our trip to the beach was lovely, the sea was warm, watch the power of the waves near the beach edge.
