The room was filthy, with stained sheets, a grimy bathroom, and a lingering unpleasant odor. The staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns, and the noise from the highway was unbearable throughout the night. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.".

My mom and I travelled through OK. Stayed here for a couple of nights. Quiet area and off a couple of main roads. Not far from the airport either (10 minutes?). The rooms were big and clean. We were happy to be able to adjust the shower head, at another BW we couldn’t adjust the shower head. Overall, would stay here again.

The bed is very springy. The hotel itself is old need updating. Alot of homeless around there Although we wasent bothered by them no beggers that I seen. Of the beating path. The Staff was friendly. The bar and resterant is big but basic finger food they do have beer and hard liquor. The pool is heated ice machine worked

Friendly staff! We were here 2 weeks and got to know everyone-very nice people here. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast options, good dinners too. I would definitely stay here again ! Good parking, handy laundry facilities and they had Paramount channel so we could watch Yellowstone!!

I stay at this particular hotel three times a year. My stay ranges from 7-10 days. The rooms are nothing special, but fine. Lots of towels, good pillows, comfortable beds. Close to the fairgrounds. But the real reason I stay is because the breakfast has always been fabulous. NOT ANY MORE! It is as close to awful as it can be. The oatmeal, which used to be in an oatmeal cook pot is now in a tray and is dry and sticky. There is NO bread, english muffins, pastries of any kind. The oranges have brown spots. The cappucino machine is broken. The waffle machine is gone. Even the apples that used to be offered on the front desk have disappeared. I encouraged FIVE people to book this hotel for the AQHA World Show....NEVER again. Best Western: SHAME ON YOU....feels more like MOTEL 6 to me.

Not sure what happened here, but not a well run hotel anymore. Very disappointed. A few years ago, they had a diamond in the rough with their GM, Kelly, but I was sad to hear she wasn't there anymore. What a loss. They need her back. It never looked as good as it did then. Hell, I remember her working as the bartender until midnight, even after her regular 10 hour day as GM. She was always smiling though. True loyalty to the place. This is now a run down place. The front desk employees have no clue what they are doing and I was told by a less than professional looking "manager" that the room was clean & ready. It wasn't. Go back to the basics! Or find Kelly and beg her to return. Although the food was good, the restaurant was dirty. I won't be back.

Beware. This is not your typical Best Western. It is an aged two story motel that has been converted. It almost felt like an old apartment complex. Our room smelled like smoke so we had to move. Although the parking lot had only a few vehicles, they could not get us another first level king room. Breakfast and the young girl working breakfast is the best thing by far that they have.

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great, plenty of linens and shower accessories.I was in town for family matters so the location was great for visits to them, there were plenty of restaurants to choose from thank you!

This hotel was probably the best value for our entire trip. Staff is friendly and accommodating. This hotel is only a few minutes drive from the airport if you're returning a rental. The breakfast was awesome and even served real scrambled eggs. Although this is an older hotel, its a great value.
