Just needed a place to stay near airport for an early morning flight. It’s close and Uber was able to pick us up there no problem. Kind of not the best area of town and pretty old but it was fine. Several people Sitting out really late smoking and staring when we checked in but the didn’t bother us.

The front desk staff is the best I have ever encountered and I have to say I have stay at slot of hotels and by far the girl named Lay is patient kind generally concerned and wants you to have what you need and any problem she is patient and keeps you from going irate on a third-party app and she made my overall stay there fantastic. Mr Lamont it goes with out saying he's happiest caring and helpful manager I encountered. Seems wonderful to his staff as well. This hotel I love and the employees make it so and I think they all need raises and a paid vacation. They are wonderful with only one exception the evening shift guy is overly chatty and it's slows things up friendly yes but there's a point when to let the guests go about there way but still he's wonderful too. Thanks to everyone at the raddison excellent job and keep up the good work great customer service. I appreciated it 100percent.

We only went here because of the reviews which if I had to guess were made by employees. First off, The front desk clerks were great. They were nice and friendly. Check in was easy. We chose this hotel because we're headed to climb a very steep hike in colorado and needed a good gym and breakfast. The pictures are not accurate. There were a lot of homeless ppl outside the hotel. As soon as we hit our floor we were smacked in the face with the very strong smell of ****. Which we didn't like. The gym is much smaller than pictures make it look to be. Basic stuff. The pool area was dirty. The pool was green. Water fountain was filthy. Pics included. Our room was clean but very basic. The desk chair was worn out to the point that it was uncomfortable to sit on due to the fake leather having fell off. When I first turned the shower on black stuff came out. Then the water pressure struggled through my whole shower. It would barely come out then maybe get half a good steam for a second or so. To make it all worse, our brand new mustang got door dinged in the parking lot. Lots of work trucks everywhere. The bed was actually comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a normal continental breakfast. It served the purpose. Just not a good place for a traveling couple to stay unless you like low class. I wouldn't stay again.

Comfortable stay and rooms are clean and good. Breakfast was simple with muffins, danish, apple, orange and with yogurt and milk. It's right behind the I40 and easy to access the restaurants as they are nearby.

Tammy was very helpful over the phone when I had questions about reservations and was professional and friendly during our entire stay. She gave several options and wanted to ensure we were provided what we were looking for. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and convenience stores. We had a peaceful and quiet night even though the hotel is close to the road.

I had booked a room at this hotel a couple of weeks ago for one night. I am very loyal to the Marriott brand and a Silver Elite Bonvoy member. When I arrived, the lobby was not up to the usual Marriott standard. It is an older property and obviously needs some TLC. I checked in and was told my room would not be ready for a few hours. I asked the courteous clerk at the desk if I could possibly seek out another area hotel with a room which was room ready because I had to attend an event and I needed the room to get prepared for the event. He was very cordial and agreed. I secured a room at another nearby property and came back and informed the desk clerk of this. He graciously cancelled the room for me and I was thankful for that. Unfortunately a few days later I noticed I was charged for the room. When I called the manager (Noah) to ask have the charge removed, he was very condescending and argumentative. I explained that the desk clerk had removed my reservation and told me I wouldn't be charged for the room. After explaining the cancellation policy to me (which I already understood) and actually hanging up on me, he refused to refund the room charge. I have never been treated in this manner by any person in the hospitality industry. I would not recommend this hotel to any traveler both for the shabby condition of the hotel and the rudeness exhibited by this manager. I would like to think a level of politeness should always be afforded any loyal Marriott customer.
