Situated in Okinoshima, 2.3 km from Tamawakasu-mikoto Shrine, Oki Plaza Hotel features accommodation with a garden and free private parking. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space for guests. The rooms in the hotel are equipped with a kettle. With a shared bathroom fitted with a bidet and a hairdryer, rooms at Oki Plaza Hotel also boast free WiFi. At the accommodation, rooms are fitted with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Guests at Oki Plaza Hotel can enjoy an Asian breakfast. The nearest airport is Oki Airport, 4 km from the hotel.

Our hotel takes great pride in our large public bath, built from Japanese cypress and with a view of the ocean, and in our local cuisine, loved by the people of the area.

The hotel choice on Oki Island trip was close to the port even if it rained. This is a private passage connected to the terminal and is convenient, so it seems to be often used on tours, but it was rattling even though it was Saturday. I wanted to eat dinner at a sushi restaurant or izakaya, I was about to arrive at the hotel late, and I couldn't eat breakfast because my wife and I could only eat a little. There is no convenience store, but there is a drug store with a wide selection nearby. Sushi restaurants and izakaya are relatively located in the area, but locals also use it, so it is better to make a reservation. The bed in the twin room is a little small. There are small round tables and chairs, but there is no desk like in a business hotel. The TV is also small. The bath and toilet room is normal size. There is a refrigerator. The closet is a doorless type. There is no safety box. There was also an air purifier, but it is appreciated by smokers that the windows open. It seemed cold when I slept with the air conditioner on, so I opened the window and slept. Room clothes are yukata type. I stopped there because there were several cars on the side of the hotel on the Saigo Branch side of Izumo Taisha Shrine. Without other parking lots, the number was unlikely to be stopped. Oki Drive Rent-A-Car is also close, so it was convenient to return the next morning. I think the best advantage of this hotel is that it is directly connected to the port, so I didn't care about anything else considering the cost performance.

The staff was very kind. They guided us to the famous places using a map, and we were able to explore the charms of the island thoroughly. The location is open and facing the harbor, so you can enjoy a walk in the morning or evening. The room was spacious and had a loft. We were satisfied with the plan that included two meals, but it would have been nice if they had added another dish. The Wi-Fi in the room was weak, which was a drawback (the Wi-Fi in the lobby was good). There is no large public bath.
