Is a nice and new Dormy Inn. But a really long walk from the station. During winter, it would be very painful experience. I was given a room on the second floor ( despite this is already the room of higher grade ) and I can see clearly people on the street and I believe they can see me too. I had to close the curtain all the time. This would not be a hotel of my top choice if is about the same price of other hotel close to the station.

It is still staying at the moment, but the cleaning is very cluttered. I write things like my mother-in-law, but it was a level that made my throat worse in house dust. Staff in this hotel we’re very eager to please guests. The list of amenities offered ranged from herbal tea to an offer to provide a softer mattress if it was needed. I did not need it. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choices. Well prepared. I recommend not going to breakfast in the last 45 minutes of the window, because there were fewer choices then.. The location is excellent. It was walking distance to the hotel, and to the Korakuen Garden and Castle.

We used it for business. The front desk was empty around ２１ when we arrived. It is a little difficult to understand the entrance, but you will go up to ２ floor by elevator. (The entrance is closed at ２４, and then a card key is required) The elevator will always stop once on the ２ floor when you go up or down. Room clothes are not prepared in the room, so they are taken out of the locker equipped near the front desk. The room was highly confidential and the noise outside was blocked. There was also a humidifier, so there seems to be no worry about drying.

We stayed here for three nights and the location is great as you can walk to the Bihan historical area, as well as the JR station and Mitsue Outlet Mall which are around 750 m away. There are a myriad of eateries in the area, from izakaya to ramen, and a tonkatsu restaurant with a Michelin star. The hotel provides amenities such as yukata, dental and shaving kits. There is also a high tea with some sweets and some savouries. Breakfast is included in the price and you collect the boxes from the lobby. It was similar on all three days and included cold sandwiches and salads. If you want coffee you need to buy a hotel tumbler for 1000 yen, after which hot drinks are free flow. Staff were friendly, particularly the younger ones wearing the blue shirts, such as Ms Pek from Korea and the young Indian man. The exception was the female floor manager in black suit, who was effusive to locals but did not seem to know how to deal with foreigners. Overall, it was a good hotel stay.

The only thing is that it takes a long time to check in (you have to write your name, address, phone number, etc. on the tablet), but well, that's unavoidable, so it's not a minus. The way the space is designed is unique, which was a little confusing, but I liked it because it was quite unique. The room was very spacious and clean, and even though there was a large public bath, the bathtub inside the room was also big, which was surprising. The bed was excellent in size and comfort. I don't mind, but the window is not that big. The large public bath is excellent, with the same level of content as a compact super public bath. There is also a sauna.

MMokaixiangAt first I thought it was a couple hotel. After I checked in, I found that it was actually very clean and the facilities were very good. The area was large, there was an electric bubble jacuzzi, a large sofa, a large TV, and a full-fledged makeup bathroom. There are makeup remover, facial cleanser, toner, lotion, men's shaving foam, aftershave, men's lotion in the bathroom. Good facilities!

AAnonymous UserPerfect location, main station close by, convenience store just a couple minutes away. The room was also not too bad, though it wasn't entirely clean. Some dust haven't been cleaned, in mostly unnoticable places though, like really high up or behind the TV. And even though we haven't met any staff members it wasn't that hard to check in or check out. Though there was difficulty of getting inside the building, as we didn't receive the door code through email. Good thing there were some helpful residents of the hotel who helped us to get inside. Either way final score would be 8.5/10

Mmind_blowingThe location is very good, JR Okayama Station is two or three minutes walk, there is Rosen downstairs, there is aeon mall opposite, eating and shopping is very convenient! The room is always small and very clean. The front desk is on the fourth floor, remember to take toiletries, the disadvantage is that the check-out time is ten o'clock, not very friendly.

I appreciate that the bathtub is wide. The room is spacious and relaxing. However, the air conditioning in the building is still old, and the ventilation noise (in the common passage and the bathroom in the guest room) is a little loud. In addition, there is a laundry, but it is located outdoors and in a separate building next door, so I felt inconvenient to use it. (2) Service: The staff's response is on par with that of a city hotel. (3) Meals: I used it for both breakfast and dinner. It is a buffet for both breakfast and dinner, but the variety, quality, and taste of the food are generally good for the price, so we recommend using it. GGuest UserI walked from the station without using the underground road. You can see the hotel sign from a distance, but when you approach it, you can't tell the location of the hotel. Because of the rack that seems to be a newspaper holder. There is one elevator. The room can only be placed in a limited position with a chair hanging in the bed and refrigerator. The TV is large close to the wall hanging. It is limited to the top of the bed to see from the front. A metal beaker is a hot water heater. Two bags of tea in a tay bag. If you lose the key, you will receive 10,000 yen or if you find an empty can with a suction shell, you will receive a cleaning fee and 20,000 yen. The TV remote control does not have a subtitle button. The temperature setting for air conditioning can be both cold and warm. The computer on the first floor has a chair and one.
