"The facilities here are quite spacious for Japan, with a large, comfortable bed. The 10th-floor public bath is a highlight, perfect for unwinding, and it even has massage chairs and a self-service laundry, which is very convenient. They also offer a complimentary afternoon tea with coffee, tea, and cookies, which is a nice touch.
**Cleanliness**: Everything was spotless and well-maintained.
**Environment**: The lobby is large and elegant. It's a short walk from the JR train station, with plenty of restaurants, a large supermarket, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and a 7-Eleven along the way. Takashimaya is also not far, making the location very convenient.
**Service**: The staff were patient and professional.
By the way, the 1980 yen breakfast is an incredible value, with a wide selection of both Japanese and Western options."
"This hotel exceeded our expectations. Traveling with our 8-year-old daughter, we were provided with a triple room. Its location is exceptionally convenient, with a dedicated walkway connecting directly to Okayama Station. The room itself was very spacious. We would have loved to try the breakfast, but as we had an early train to Takamatsu the next morning, we couldn't book it. From the smooth check-in process, it was clear this was a well-established, high-star hotel that truly prides itself on its standards."
"Nice hotel with a very cosy room. Clean and deep very well. Just in the west side of the station and can reach without a minute of walk! Will definitely come back again next time to Okayama!"
"Location is perfect as the hotel is connected to the Okayama station by underground passage. Bicamara store is also directly below the hotel reception and can be accessed by escalator.
Breakfast is poor. It’s a half buffet with six main dish choices. The dish portion is tiny (comes with huge chinaware though) and tastes poor. The buffet includes just the bare minimum.
The room is fine. Spacious but smells moldy.
In short: great location, good for a quick rest."
"Although it is far from the station, it is a long-established hotel that can be used for meetings, gatherings, banquets, etc., and the service is very polite.
The breakfast was very luxurious, with tempura and omelettes prepared in the live kitchen."
"There aren't any major problems with the hotels but it's definitely aging and can see it everywhere you go in the hotel that this hotel is really old. The hallways have marks on them and it's cracking.
The rooms are your typical tiny Japanese style hotel rooms, the beds were fine but not as clean as we hoped.
The location is great and it's very walkable to Okayama JR station and it has lots of dining and shopping options nearby."
"The room was spotless, and the service was excellent. The hotel's breakfast was truly exceptional, offering both Japanese and Western dishes, all of which were delicious. The location is great too, just about a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and the surrounding neighborhood is very pleasant."
"Perfect location, main station close by, convenience store just a couple minutes away. The room was also not too bad, though it wasn't entirely clean. Some dust haven't been cleaned, in mostly unnoticable places though, like really high up or behind the TV. And even though we haven't met any staff members it wasn't that hard to check in or check out. Though there was difficulty of getting inside the building, as we didn't receive the door code through email. Good thing there were some helpful residents of the hotel who helped us to get inside. Either way final score would be 8.5/10"
"The hotel is located just out of the Okayama station. Super great hotel with excellent service, super easy to access the airport limousine! Highly recommended!"
"Location is good , shopping center and food restaurants around. No hotel parking lots but
slot parkings nearby. Hotel reception is on the
6th floor ,and hotel rooms on the 6th and 7th
floor . I liked the hotel prepared the welcome-
drink as guest chosen at the counter-
bar opposite of reception- counter, just 1 drink
per day of stay."

Amazing
SSuixinsuoxingdeyingThe hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The hot spring facilities are also great; you simply swipe your room card for entry, though ladies need to enter a password. You can take towels from your room to the hot springs, and after your bath, complimentary popsicles are available. Ice water is also provided at the hot spring entrance. They offer complimentary ramen after 9:30 PM, which I haven't had a chance to try yet.
CCasper WongBed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, and they allowed you to indicate if you were going to have breakfast there the next day on the TV to avoid food waste. Nice sustainable practice. Taste was so-so, but choice was rather limited. Can't expect too much given such a bargain, of course. Location close to JR Okayama Station, so it was convenient. But the cargo trains were quite noisy at late-night and in the early morning. Might not be the best choice for those sensitive to sound. Anyway the overall experience was satisfactory.
Aautumn titaniumVery convenient location close to Okayama Station. There's a Lawson convenient store below the hotel, and there's a Aeon mall and a Don Quijote store within 2 minutes walk. Hotel room is small but is clean and comfortable. The room is equipped with hair dryer, water kettle and mini-fridge. Guests can help themselves to toiletries, paper cups, tea bags, etc beside the reception.
TTiffany Ann BooneThis is all about the location, not the faciity. It is walking distance from the castle and for that reason alone it is worth staying here. However, do not expect anything other than your average aged hotel. It does have washing machines but you will be in a tussle to try and secure one for yourself because you will be competing with dozens of people. Staff is friendly and they have ammenties out, to take as you need. All in all a great value for the area.
GGuest UserHad good dinner , dinner last order at 830pm with 2 sets of choices , breakfast start at 630am buffet style, coffee machine out of order, female onsen need to get key from reception counter and use another lift to go up , washing machine is 300 yen and dryer 100yen , able to communicate with simple English. Near to Aeon mall. Okayama JR take East exit
GGuest UserIt was a good value stay. The building has a sense of history, but the services (breakfast, dinner included, large public bath) make up for that. The bed was hard, and the conditioner shampoo made my hair rough. The shower in the large public bath was a push-button type that provided hot water for a set period of time, but the hot water only came out for a short time, which was inconvenient. I also found the front desk to be dark and not very impressive. I think it's a shame.
SSiren500It's hard to describe...
1. The facilities are old. In addition to the two sockets on the table, there is one at the door of the toilet, and the main point is that you forget to take it away. They sell everything under the concept of environmental protection, water is 100, various vending machines, and toothbrushes and toothpaste are taken downstairs.
2. The bathroom bar is definitely cleaner than in China, maybe because it's old. Anyway, the table and bedspread look a bit uncomfortable. I ordered a big bed, and the bedspread made my butt itch after using it for a while
3. It's far away from Okayama, 20 minutes walk, mainly because the road is bumpy all the way there, it's really not friendly to pull a big suitcase. From the hotel to the nearby dining place is basically equivalent to walking back to the station. Even the convenience store is less than 10 minutes away, which is definitely not the distance to buy water in slippers and coats.
4. I spent a long time looking for the name when I checked in, and I met a wave of business meeting guests. Who said Japan is quiet?
If it's a good place, it includes breakfast, and the variety is quite rich. Early in the morning, curry rice, French bread and coffee...
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit far from the station, but is still walking distance. The room is small. The service is great. The staff can communicate in basic English but they are very helpful in providing information.
CCaipeishanAfter checking in, I found out that it was a love hotel with free parking.
The room is very clean and comes with some paid ****.
The bathroom is large and clean, and the room is also large
But the bed is two single beds put together to form a double bed, the bed is a bit sunken
The pillows are a bit low and the room smells like smoke which is a drawback of this time.
But overall it will be good
FFilm_iroThank you for this time.
The front staff are kind and polite.
It was a good impression.
Shops and pubs that you want to go to near the station
That area is convenient.
As soon as you open the door of the guest room, there is only a bed space.
I feel as safe as if I was sleeping in a closet.
I really appreciate this price just for sleeping.
Surrounding sounds can be heard even if they are small.
The downside is that I can't help but be careful.
It may not be possible due to the structure.
The shower room is also clean
I had a good time using it.
Once you understand what it is
I was convinced that it was okay for this price.
I will use it again.
thank you very much.
