Close to JR and Aeon mall so no worry about transport, dining and shopping. Public bath little bit crowded when six persons already fully occupied the indoor bath. Also the bedside lamp quite odd in term of size and flexibility to move aside.

Is a pretty hotel next to the JR station. Also next to a big shopping mall Aeon. On Sunday, a gentleman played piano in the lobby, really lovely. Most of the room has nice view and reasonable size from Japan standard. The only negative feeling about the hotel is the restaurants. Before I rush to take the train on Sunday, I wish to go to the buffet restaurant. The waiter at the counter just informed me in a very rude manner the restaurant is fully booked. Same as the manager of the restaurant. This is different from most of the hotel which always try to accommodate their hotel guest. I am Diamond member of Cathay Pacific airline for 20 years. Spending a lot of time in hotel each year. I have to say I feel extremely sorry for what happened. As the front desk staffs of this hotel is excellent. Same as the hotel set up is so good. But the manner of the waiter/ manager of the restaurant did spoil the feeling of the guest tremendously.

Perfect location, main station close by, convenience store just a couple minutes away. The room was also not too bad, though it wasn't entirely clean. Some dust haven't been cleaned, in mostly unnoticable places though, like really high up or behind the TV. And even though we haven't met any staff members it wasn't that hard to check in or check out. Though there was difficulty of getting inside the building, as we didn't receive the door code through email. Good thing there were some helpful residents of the hotel who helped us to get inside. Either way final score would be 8.5/10

At first I thought it was a couple hotel. After I checked in, I found that it was actually very clean and the facilities were very good. The area was large, there was an electric bubble jacuzzi, a large sofa, a large TV, and a full-fledged makeup bathroom. There are makeup remover, facial cleanser, toner, lotion, men's shaving foam, aftershave, men's lotion in the bathroom. Good facilities!

Aakie923 If you cross the crosswalk １ from Okayama Station East Exit Square, you can enter the arcade street and check in without any umbrellas from there. Okayama station is also close, so you can stay indoors until quite a short time. Breakfast is more substantial than bread and recommended! Every morning, you can eat white rice and rice cooked in Okayama rice. This is quite delicious and breakfast is better than other Toyoko Inn. The shortest convenience store is available without family and umbrellas. You can bring the morning edition of the local newspaper, the Sanyo Shimbun, for free in the room. The coin laundry is also ２ dryer, and the user fills the room number on the whiteboard.

GGuest UserI used it on a business trip. About 3 minutes walk from the west exit of Okayama Station? It is very close. There is no service such as breakfast, and it is a hotel for a simple night stay, but there are convenience stores and Matsuya nearby, so it is not a problem at all. I stayed in a single this time, but the room is large enough for a single, and the toilet and bath are large enough. I am grateful that the room is fully equipped with a microwave. I would like to use it again.

HHUANGSmall and clean! It’s not far from Okayama Station and it’s very comfortable. There are bathrobes to change. The counter also has Chinese service. The Chinese counter girl service is very good and kind!
Lawson is very convenient for supermarkets to get to the first floor directly opposite the intersection!
There are also various brands of lotion on loan (free for girls) by the elevator on the first floor.
Breakfast has a variety of local Japanese dishes to choose from, which is different from other restaurants

GGuest UserI walked from the station without using the underground road. You can see the hotel sign from a distance, but when you approach it, you can't tell the location of the hotel. You can see the chloropil beauty face and the signboard of the music classroom. I went back after passing by. There is a coffee, plum kobucha, and consomme soup stack at the front desk. Because of the rack that seems to be a newspaper holder. There is one elevator. The room can only be placed in a limited position with a chair hanging in the bed and refrigerator. The TV is large close to the wall hanging. It is limited to the top of the bed to see from the front. A metal beaker is a hot water heater. Two bags of tea in a tay bag. If you lose the key, you will receive 10,000 yen or if you find an empty can with a suction shell, you will receive a cleaning fee and 20,000 yen. The TV remote control does not have a subtitle button. The temperature setting for air conditioning can be both cold and warm. The computer on the first floor has a chair and one. It seems that only microsoft edge can be used. There is no newspaper in the rack in the morning. The drinking state that was less the night before is replenished.

I appreciate that the bathtub is wide. The room is spacious and relaxing. However, the air conditioning in the building is still old, and the ventilation noise (in the common passage and the bathroom in the guest room) is a little loud. In addition, there is a laundry, but it is located outdoors and in a separate building next door, so I felt inconvenient to use it. (2) Service: The staff's response is on par with that of a city hotel. (3) Meals: I used it for both breakfast and dinner. It is a buffet for both breakfast and dinner, but the variety, quality, and taste of the food are generally good for the price, so we recommend using it. What impressed me was that even when the coronavirus was spreading and most of the hotels in the area had stopped buffets at their restaurants, the hotel had taken all possible measures to hold the buffet. NNAGAOI stayed for 4 days. The hotel is not very new, but the staff are very friendly, the location is about a 15-minute walk from Okayama Station, there are convenience stores and taverns around, and the bar is close, so it was easy to get along with work. ..
Also, the service of drinking draft beer and other alcoholic beverages in the evening time service was a nice service.
