Staff were pleasant and the room was comfortable! Best part was that they can keep your luggage for you even after check out as long as you claim it by the end of the day, really helped with my post check out travels 😁 Will def rebook if I ever have the chance!

Location is great and easy to find. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is not spacious but clean.

i was disappointed as this place is now new ,rather refurbished and renovated. the bathroom smells bad from the shower curtain , seems did not wash or cheap quality.
the reception are not friendly and can not explain the car park rules. And we ask if we can have our water top up from the restaurant , the reception allowed and late the manager says this counter is closed until 5pm.
This hotel location is not family friendly , there are many night joints around . The location is great , easy access to the malls near by.
Overall value for money.

Decent stay, although can be quite noisy as the walls are quite thin. Thankfully, the hotel provides free ear plugs. Breakfast is the same everyday, a bit boring for those who stay for many nights. Other than that, location wise is OK, walkable distance from Okayama Station.
