位於桃太郎大通上，距離JR岡山站/岡電岡山站前約2分鐘、西川綠道公園1分鐘，鄰近ICOTNICOT，地理位置佳。
最近的便利商店為Lawson，單人房略小，27吋行李箱攤平剛好，冬天提供暖氣，冰箱須開啟內部開關才能製冷，大門鑰匙用法很不直觀。
早餐提供麵包、濃湯、咖啡、果汁。

浴室を利用した際に、排水口から水が逆流。
ゴミが浮き出てユニットバスのトイレ部分に水溜りが出来て使用不能になる時間がありました。
清掃をスタッフに依頼すると、汚水が引いた後の浴室を拭いてくれましたが、頼まないと汚水にまみれたバスマットの替えを持ってきてくれませんでした。
バスマットの交換してくれたのは良いですが、今度は汚れたバスマットを回収してくれず。
ちょっと文句を言ったら「チェックアウト後に少しお時間下さい」との弁。そのまま声を掛けられることなくチェックアウトに至りました。
ちなみに、チェックアウトの際に対応してくれたのは
清掃の対応をしてくれた方。「昨晩はありがとうございました。」とお礼を言ったら全くご記憶にない様子でした。
ホテル側の対応については非常にびっくりしていますが、好立地に助けられて概ね満足しています。
嫌なら二度と行かなきゃいいだけ。注意喚起として投稿です。同じ価格帯なら、他にもある

出張時に利用しました。
新しくはありませんが清潔で便利なロケーションでコンビニも1階にあり快適でした。
朝食はパン、*、ジュース、スープ、コーヒーを頂きました。美味しかったです。
寝室は枕の硬さを選べたのが良かったです。
また利用したいと思いました。

朝は無料の軽食が用意され、午後８時までコーヒーをテイクアウトできます。駅近なのでデパート、コンビニ、飲食店は困りません。清潔にされ、シャワーの水圧もあります。ただ一つ洗面の臭いが少しありました。差し引いてもコスパはいいです。

綺麗やし1人で宿泊するなら全然何も問題ありせん。チェックイン時間前でもキャリーケースなど荷物を預かってくれて本当に助かりました。また岡山に行った時は使わせてもらおうと思います。

枕カバーが2つどちらからも加齢臭がしました。トイレは汚れており、バスタブはザラザラしました。チェックアウトはキーをboxに入れて終わりなのでラクでした。
