Room was a like one bedroom apartment overlooking the water great bed and linens staff very helpful loved that we could bring our dog. Amazing location walking distance everything down town found a amazing store called beach chik loved the community best hotel in Osoyoos. Will stay again

We booked with the Fairfield by Marriott Penticton for our wedding group of about 30+ rooms August 2022 (I'm sure our guests spent close to $25,000 - $30,000 staying here). The problems unfortunately come top down from their disaster of a manager Shawn Gill. If you need to get ahold of them, prepare to email at least 4 times before you'll get a response. If you call them, prepare for them to hang up on you OR place you on hold while you hear them take a personal call for a prescription refill. Many booking errors and back and forth to make corrections. We were optimistic that when we arrived the service would be better, however wasn't the case. As the bride and groom, we thought perhaps they would treat us nicely however, we were disappointed that they didn't even acknowledge our wedding. The front desk staff caused a lot of security risks by giving out our room number to whoever asked for it and even provided room keys to people NOT staying in the room to gain access. We had one guest staying with a baby and were using their first come first serve car charging station. The front desk called their room at 10pm telling them to move their car for an angry guest. When our guest explained she couldn't leave due to her sleeping baby, they hunted down her husband who was in the pool. The staff then allowed the angry guest to ask him to move his car (in swim trunks at 10:30pm). Unbelievably rude and unprofessional and unprofessional behaviour all around. If you're staying in Penticton I recommend booking somewhere different.

Modern, clean and well appointed hotel. As we were going to the hockey it was the ideal location. A short walk across the car park to the convention centre. Free outdoor parking. It has a restaurant on site if required. The only thing we didn't like was the shower head. It's a water saving feature that is pointless as you have to stay in the shower twice as long to feel like you got wet. On another note: the water was hot.

On the edge of Highway 3 outside the town, there is a MOTEL. Arrived at 3:00 pm, the front desk asked me to wait, and the room was empty after 4:00. Then waited for half an hour to let me stay. The attitude is simply not welcome.
The room was large and it was quiet because it was facing Highway 3. There is nothing else to complain about. In the summer peak season, it is enough to live in such a room in the mountains. No breakfast, no service.

GGuest UserI had the pleasure of staying at Spirit Ridge this past weekend. I was traveling for business hence the reason for being solo. The next time I stay at Spirit Ridge, my wife has to join me. I will look forward to that because Spirit Ridge is one if not the best resort experience that I have had. From the arrival, accommodations, excellent food and beverage offerings, activities, beach, pools, golf course.... everything was perfect. More specifically, the staff were outstanding. Knowledgeable, caring, hospitable, refreshing...

GGuest UserThis place may be the biggest and classiest joint in town. Many rooms have great views of the lake and nearby hills. We even had a nice balcony to take it all in. There are amenities galore here, and the town centre is only a short walk away. However, everything felt kind of ‘meh.’ Perhaps we caught the staff on an ‘off’ evening, when the hotel was unusually busy during the Easter long weekend. While working very hard, they were not rude to us, but they seemed indifferent at best. And in the business of hospitality, consistency should be a huge part of the game. You simply cannot have ‘off’ nights. It does not help that the uninspired furnishings of the public areas scream generic North American lodgings. (Don’t come here depressed.) All things considered, the rooms themselves are still nice. Not surprisingly, the hotel delivers all the basics: cleanliness, adequate room temperature control, general noise levels under control, reasonably comfortable beds, good toilet pressure and water temperature controls in the bathroom, sufficient supply of towels, decent lighting options in the room, enough electrical outlets to charge your piles of modern junk, workable wi-fi, and competent housekeeping. We just wish the management can make this property as promising as the locale.

GGuest UserShimao Hilton is a landmark hotel in the city center. It is convenient to enter and exit, and the service is ecological. I like Miss Lyra's intimate service. The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, and it is worth staying again if you have the opportunity to come to Wuhu.
