I went to Oita in a hurry at the law, and I booked with my wife for two minutes, but I was told to the front desk that I had a large room, and when I entered the room, it was really large, clean and clean room, and I was grateful. Breakfast was delicious in buffet style. I walked because I thought it was close to Oita station, but it took me a while.

Had an overnight stay here for the rugby after a day travelling down from Hokkaido. The trip went incredibly smoothly, then the welcome, the fans zone, the organisation and the fans transport out to the stadium were amazing. Well done Oita. The hotel was a little overwhelmed by the number of people booking in before the match, but staff were friendly and helpful; the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped; and the hotel was easily found from the station via an interesting arcade - no more than a 5-10 minute walk. Would certainly stay here again if in Oita.

It is a hotel with a fairly old age than you can see in the photo. It is a plus element that there is a hot spring on the １ floor. It was simple for breakfast. The distance from the station is not far, but convenience stores and shopping are better to come in front of the station.

I booked a room with two single beds. The carpet is a bit old, but every staff and service unit is kind and courteous. There is a parking space for 1,000 Yen/day. There are not many breakfast options but overall they are good. My family will try to eat Oita rice early. good!

I used it in mid-December. Since it is adjacent to JR Oita Station, you can go from the station in 2 ～ 3 minutes without getting wet in the rain. The front desk is 8F in the building where the hotel is located. This time, I used the non-smoking double bed room of 17F. The face towel in the bathroom of the room was made in Imabari. Check-in is possible from 14:00, and guests can also use the 19F ”Tenku no Yu” from 14:00. Go to 19F in your room clothes, receive a towel set at the reception, and go to the men's bath changing place. 19F has an indoor bath and two types of saunas (Finland sauna and mist sauna), and there were more than 10 washrooms. 19F Indoor bath is a natural hot spring that is pumped from 700m underground. After soaking in the inner bath of 19F, go up the stairs to 20F (rooftop). There are two types of bathtubs here. It is a little hot water and a little lukewarm carbonated spring. Also, the view of soaking in the bathtub is the best! It's nice in the daytime, but the view illuminated by neon at night is also nice. Guests can use it from 6am the next morning. This morning bath was the most comfortable. Breakfast was served at the 8F restaurant from 7 am. I arrived around 6:55 with a breakfast ticket, but 7 ～ 8 people were already lined up. Instead of choosing your favorite seat, the person in charge will guide you. At that seat, the person in charge asks whether the main dish is Japanese or Western. On this day (12/16), Japanese food was grilled ＋ small bowl, Western food was hamburger ＋ small bowl. Except for the main dish, it is a buffet style, and it is a style that you take this and that yourself. It was a pity that I couldn't have breakfast slowly because the bus to the airport was early. The parking lot is a little deep from the street in a three-dimensional parking lot, so it is difficult to understand, but I think it is a very good location near Oita Station. The downtown is also close. The room was cleaned well and comfortable. However, it is a self-contained subjective, but I was a little surprised that I was assigned a room in front of the male bathhouse even though it was one of our women. It is very difficult to submit, but if possible, it is better to see a little more customer layer and think about it.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staffs will smiling face all the time. The onsen on the roof top is excellent particularly the outdoor pool. I love their ramen serving after 9:30 pm, good timing after enjoing onsen. The room size is reasonable if you been to enough hotels in Japan. Cleanliness and tidynesss is impressive. Breakfast is good but love to see more western selections. Overall I love this hotel and will prefer to stay there again.

The hotel is not far from the train station. Easy to walk There is a coupon to use the free onsen everyday. Great. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit cramped. But fully equipped

Stayed alone for the Rugby World Cup. The hotel in Oita city is full from early on and the price is only twice as much as usual. But only here felt the spirit at the usual price. Good location, close to Oita station and downtown. The front desk staff was also good. The room was quite smelly, even though it was a smoking room. Also, if you were studying more in detail about access to the World Cup stadium, it would have been even better.
