"This was my first time staying here. All the staff were very kind and I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and I wanted a place with a good view, so I checked the boxes and got a nice room on the top floor ᕷ⋆͛* There was no noise and I was able to sleep and spend time comfortably ☆ I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity ♪♪ The breakfast was also delicious ♪"

"The room was fantastic! Our triple room on the 17th floor offered stunning mountain and water views when opening the window, creating a very tranquil setting. The rooftop boasts both open-air and indoor hot springs ♨️, available for unlimited free use with your room key card. The water temperature was perfect, and soaking in the springs, sipping tea, and watching the sunset was pure bliss! The buffet breakfast was quite generous. The room was notably spacious, especially for Japan. Complimentary amenities such as toothbrushes, combs, and cotton pads are available for pick-up at the front desk. Rooms receive a light daily service (replacing amenities, emptying trash, but not changing linens), with a full cleaning every two days. Complimentary bottled water is provided, and the bathroom includes a bathtub 🛁. The front desk staff provided excellent, warm, and attentive service – Japanese hospitality is truly outstanding 👍."

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to Oita Station, making it extremely easy to get around. In the evenings, the hotel provides complimentary ramen. Additionally, the supermarket within AMU PLAZA, located right at the station, offers discounted food items before closing. Overall, staying here makes dining, accommodation, and transportation incredibly convenient."

"The lobby and rooms were clean, the staff were professional, and I had a pleasant stay. There was a vacancy, so I was upgraded from my original room. It was reasonable, but the quality of the experience was more than worth the price. One thing was that when I tried to use the humidifier, the filter inside was not very clean, so I didn't use it, but other than that it was a very good experience."

If you don't pursue hot spring hotels, you can stay here. You can soak in a private hot spring in Beppu. The room is normal in Japan and clean. The disadvantage is that there is no drinking water in the room."

"Oita is our transit station, and the hotel is a 15-minute walk from the station. We didn't have high expectations for it. But overall it was good. Especially the coffee in the hotel was delicious. It is very convenient to take a bus to Beppu, Aso, Kumamoto, and Yufuin."
