The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Oita JR Station. There is a commercial street along the way to Oita Station, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. There is a vending machine, ice machine and microwave on each floor of the hotel, which is very convenient! There are also many hot spring shops next to the hotel.

There are mainly local people on business trips in the hotel, and the rooms are relatively tight. The hotel arranges less than two rooms on the same floor, but they did not specify it when booking the hotel.
The room is smaller than normal, people with a lot of luggage should pay attention. The room is very neat and tidy, and the overall score is very high. Breakfast was delicious.

Opinions from a female asian solo traveler. Around 10 mins walk from Oita station, acceptable distance to me. Have convenient stores in the area but not many restaurants, better go back to Oita station or Amu plaza oita for food. The front desk is very helpful. The hotel is a bit small and old but very clean and quiet. Particularly appreciate their shower water is hot enough. I stayed on the 4th floor and could hear street sounds occasionally but acceptable. Overall, affordable prices and needs are fulfilled.

There was a natural hot spring, and my body became warm. The bath in the room was also a hot spring. The room was a little small for two people. The breakfast was delicious.

KKok KinThis JR hotel is one of the most unique of all as it has a rooftop onsen (19-21F). It comes with a 150yen per pax per night charge when you stay here. 21F is gender separated outdoor onsen! Was a surprise as we did not expect it to be so nice with the current weather. Parking is 1000yen per night with the car park at the mall side and is linked to the hotel reception by an elevator. Location is superb for non-driving too as it is within 1 min walk from the JR Oita station. We used the onsen for all the nights we stayed. Super good value.

CCHAO CHUNThe hotel is in a great location, only a six-minute walk from Oita Station. There is a shopping street right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for dinner, late-night snacks or simple shopping.
The point is that the hotel's breakfast is very delicious, with many options and a strong Japanese flavor. I highly recommend travelers staying in this hotel when visiting nearby.

GGuest UserExcellent location, just next to Oita JR station. Room is clean and well designed, bed is comfortable. However, the pillows are a bit too thin. Free Ramen serves at 9:30-11pm which is so good. Carpark is available onsite which costs ¥1500 per night but there are a few cheaper overnight carparks nearby hotel which are very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are very dilapidated and there are few restaurants nearby. If you don't have a car, it is very inconvenient to get in and out. The breakfast food is rich and the staff's service attitude is good.

The room smelled a bit like cigarettes. I wish they would clean it with EM or something. Breakfast was delicious! My only request would be for them to provide some mentaiko and cake for dessert.

DDzou ChangAround 10 minutes walk from Oita station, but it was near the Oita art district, the iconic Oita Prefecture Art Museum is just a 5 minute walk and worth a visit even after closing time at night. The hotel has a big room and good service.

오이타역에서 도보 15분 거리로 접근성이 나쁘지 않으며
돈키호테를 비롯한 주요 편의시설이 근거리에 위치해있음.
캡슐룸의 경우 별도의 문이 달려있어 어느 정도의 프라이버시는 보장됨. 하지만 밀폐된 목조 캡슐 형태라 여름에는 잠옷이 다 젖을 정도로 더우며 방음에 취약함.
층마다 보안카드를 찍고 들어가야하며 개인 짐을 보관할 수 있는 라커와 흡연실, 자판기, 화장실, 세면대 등이 있음.
샤워는 3층에 위치한 대욕장을 이용해야하는데 수건, 칫솔, 면도기가 잘 구비되어있으며 비교적 청결하게 관리되고 있음.

If you can handle a little surrounding sound (not noise), if you only have to sleep, you will feel that it is the best choice, overall well maintained and tidy, and you can see the staff managing cleanliness from time to time. Was there. Drinks are also provided free of charge. Very satisfied.
