Managers were so nice over the phone, then when we were there, they texted me, that we were too noisey, I said we were celebrating my husbands birthday and also asked permission for friends to come for breakfast, I got text twice, one to keep the noise down, not music just talking and the other text to ask if they could check the water meter?, then we were on the balcony , our guest looked over the rail, only for the woman who was lingering around to ask us if we were smoking? no one even smoked with our group. beautiful place to stay, but very weird Management, not friendly at all!!!

With my kids I just watched this elderly couple with their elderly terrier..at whakatane heads in their ohope beach resort blue truck. Let the terrier poop right next to the kids playground and not pick that up. How not cool is that. !!!!!!!!
