Awfu awful awful. The rooms smell musty. Terrible dirty old carpets that are never cleaned. My son was walking barefoot in the room his feet turned black literally!!! It’s disgusting. Plus there is no room service!!! You have to ask for new towels and trash bags!! We paid $750 a night!!! That’s 5 star hotel prices. DO NOT GO THERE TRUST ME.

only stayed one nigh, but loved that it was walkable to dinning options and the beach. the pool looked nice but didn’t have time for it. the property is well kept and so convenient. i’d stay again.

Beautiful property and staff were amazing. Walking distance to mostly everything. Outdoor areas were clean and very well taken care of. Onsite resturaunt and bars were very good.

My friend and I just had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful. We loved the outdoor area with the Adirondack chairs on the grassy area, plenty of lounge chairs and we love the proximity to marginal way. We also ate at the restaurant three times and we thought it was very good. Can’t say enough good things about it!!!!

Great friends getaway. Easy walk to many shops and restaurants. Marginal Way walk was fabulous.

Wonderful location for restaurants and shops or a walk to one end of the beach but also a very nice property to just sit and watch the tide come and go or to take a walk along marginal way

Best location in Ogunquit because very walkable to downtown and beautiful sunrise location. I prefer staying right on the water rather than across the street. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful!
