I forgot my makeup set when I left, so I called in a panic but couldn't get through. I called almost 10 times and finally got through and explained the situation. They said they would mail it to me right away, so I waited, but it still hasn't arrived even after a week. I tried to call them again but it was difficult to get through. When I finally got through, I asked about the makeup, and they said they would check and call me back, but of course they didn't. I then emailed them and they said it hadn't been mailed yet and that they would send it tomorrow.
