We enjoyed our stay at Garden Terrace Saga, with its modern rooms and superb service. We arrived after a long day of travels around Saga prefecture. Please note that there is an entrance via Shinei Dori Street, Dive through the red building tunnel, across a short bridge and make a left turn, the hotel is on your right. After a quick check-in process, we were escorted to our room on the 6th floor. Our agent had booked us the honeymoon suite and it was absolutely lovely. After a brief introduction, she left us to our own devices. Upon entry, two large double beds occupied the double ceiling area. This room was at the apex of the Isosceles-triangle-shaped hotel. Beds had clean and smooth sheets and was super comfortable. Bedside charging points are in built into the side table area. A large flat screen TV is mounted on the wall in front of the bed. Mostly local TV channels though! Walking beyond the beds is the make-up table with comfy chair and large mirror. The closest is behind this and you can find slippers, bath robes and the room safe here. There is an exit door behind the floor to ceiling mirrors here too, with staircase leading down. I believe the housekeeping uses this to get into the room. Beware that the door was not locked when we found it. Some added security here for guests would be ideal. Moving back to the main door, and to the right is a small toilet area, separate from the shower/bathroom area. The standard Japanese toilet and small sink is housed here. if you walk to the left as you approach the main door, there is a large sitting area with comfy sofa, and another TV. There is also a 6 seater dining table. The hotel was really good to us and gave us a box of cakes that was left in the man-height fridge. The hotel also notified the Teppanyaki restaurant that I had a bottle bubbly from a previous stay in the fridge. Thus restaurant flipped the beverage menu to the champagne page we were given the menus. We liked this sharing of information! There is tea and coffee making facilities here too. Wifi is standard throughout the hotel and it was pretty fast and strong.. The bathroom is right behind the living room TV. Double sinks and loads to amenities. There was also a bottle of bathing sake for guest use. A rain shower and bath tub is connected to the bathroom. One can also exit the bathroom and into the enclosed balcony area [or go out via the living room]. where there is a large seating area is ready to welcome guests, as well as a jacuzzi. I went down to the gym on the two mornings we overnighted here. The gym is small and narrow with very select machines. One multi function weight machine, two light dumbbells station and one treadmill and bicycle/elliptical [?] machine. There is a small swimming pool and a Sauna cabin next to it. For my RE_PRAY trip, I found a vacancy before departure and booked this hotel instead. It was nice not to have to run around. Just two steps from the south exit of Saga Station is the Sakura Hotel. The location is very convenient. The bus stop is also very close and it is very convenient to go to and from the airport. It takes about 20 minutes to walk slowly to SAGA ARENA, which is very convenient. There is also a large COMBOX supermarket next to it, which is very easy to buy. Sushi and sashimi are half-priced in the evening, which is very cost-effective. The strawberry and maple waffles are also delicious. I left Saga for the first time. It was near the moat of Saga Castle, quiet, and the building facilities, beds and living rooms had a history, but the linens were clean, so it was also tasteful and there was no discomfort. I would have been grateful if the front desk staff were small and the hospitality was a little more substantial, but it may be unavoidable because it is the end of the corona. Breakfast was Japanese and Western 々 and I was able to have a fun meal with my friends from the morning. Saga was quiet and healed enough as Hiro 々. Also, I would like to visit hot springs slowly.

At first, I thought it was a ryokan with hot springs, but I didn't know it in detail ^^ It's a Japanese business hotel with a lot of banquets. The room condition is similar to a normal business hotel, and above all, the breakfast was Japanese, so I was personally satisfied. When you enter the guided breakfast restaurant, please check the breakfast ticket and guide you to the pre-prepared seat. The staff at the breakfast room kindly guided me and ate well.

Friendly staffs, clean rooms. Right beside Saga station which have a lot of restaurants around. Complimentary breakfast provided and there is quite a lot of choices. Can wash your laundry at level 7. Only accept 100 yen coins for laundry payment, just change with the front desk if needed.

ONCRI It is read as Oncri. I couldn't stay overnight, so I used the day trip hot spring. ONCRI is the big building you can see right in front of you as you enter the hot spring town of Furuyu. My first impression was, ”It's big!” It's nice that even though it's a large accommodation facility, you can use the hot springs for day trips regardless of the time of day. The price is 1300 yen. Comes with one towel. The hot springs are very warm and perfect for a long soak. There are many different types of bathtubs to enjoy, including a sauna, jet bath, open-air bath, steam bath, barrel bath, and cascading bath, and even I, who was from Karasu no Gyosui, was able to enjoy it for an hour. Lockers for shoes and valuables The lockers in the changing room are either free or 100 yen refundable, so you don't need to pay anything other than the bathing fee. It would be nice to enjoy the cafe in the hotel lobby after taking a bath. I definitely want to stay overnight next time.

Yanagawa is a peaceful and beautiful water town. This is an old-style hot spring hotel with older but clean facilities. Rich breakfast and attentive service. The hotel gives away a coupon of 1,000 yen per person, which can be used to participate in the river cruise activities organized by the hotel. Great!

I visited Saga alone in May 19. I usually stay at a guesthouse on a solo trip, but there is no guesthouse in Saga City. So if you go alone, you will definitely stay here. * Accessibility: It is close to Saga Station and Saga Station Bus Center, so it is easy to walk around, and when booking on the official website, the bike was also free of charge 24 hours. * Atmosphere: It is not big and cozy. However, the room is separated from the room for women and the tatami room, but the common room for men and women is separated only by the living room (?) and the curtain, so it can be weak to noise. Overall good value for money I think it's a place where locals find a lot for business. You can eat curry at 6-8 in the evening and use a large bath in the morning and evening. However, the bath time is tight (especially in the morning ..) Check-out time is 10 a.m., so it is only available until 8 a.m. The location is close to the station and there is a restaurant alley nearby. I'm sorry I didn't give you bottled water. There's a place where you can use microwaves and ice. You have to pay 200 yen per person because it includes no accommodation tax in Fukuoka.

I came to Kyushu at the end of the year and the beginning of the year and looked for a hotel near Fukuoka Tenjin to go to Dazaifu on New Year's Day, but I was here because it was expensive and Yanagawa was cheaper than Tenjin, and the train flight was good. １ night ８３００ yen was cheaper than the center of Fukuoka, and it was convenient for sightseeing within １ hours by train for the distance to go to Dazaifu the next day. It is a few minutes walk from the station to the hotel (the opposite direction to the shuttle bus stop down the boat). The room was also very good for the price.
