The front desk guy was so helpful and kind beautiful energy and assisted me in making my check-in easier

This was a great hotel and stay overall. The lobby, room and accommodations were all very good and I had no issues during my time there. All my needs were covered. A special shoutout to Charlotte at the front desk who was both delightful and helped me out with schedule change (I arrived earlier than I thought). She made what was a very long day of travel much better. Thanks and I’ll be back!

Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Service was great. Breakfast was very good. We would stay here again if ever in the area. There are some good options for restaurants nearby. Also it was quiet in our room. Everything worked well. The bathroom was nice too.

We had some issues getting into our new apartment and had to make a late reservation, Charlotte helped us get into a room quickly and without issue. She even got us a free upgrade because she could see we needed some good things to happen that day. The room was clean and she even called to make sure everything was to our liking after we checked in. Excellent service, wonderful people ❤️

Very clean rooms. Excellent views. I was very surprised with how great the location is as well. Close to everything worth going to. And not far from the interstate. Very easy to find. It is simply everything I was looking for in my stay in Ogden.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel and the courtesy and support from all the team has been exceptional, specially to mention Alexx he has been great taking care of us. I am definitely returning and recommending. Keep the great work guys!!!

This hotel is Clean. The friendly staff made check in easy and fast. It is close to lots in Ogden. The rooms are normal for a Marriott courtyard. There is a big indoor swimming pool. The temple close is a short walk away. Be sure to take a quick walk to see the gardens.

The location is great for exploring downtown...very walkable to many dining options. We found the staff very welcoming and helpful. Everything felt fresh & clean with their recent renovation, and the rooms were spacious. The only negatives we experienced were that the beds were hard & the pillows were not comfortable for us; I know this is subjective and others many find them comfortable.

Alex is the BEST - he made everything a 5 stars VIP experience and beyond. Staff at front desk was also top notch. The Chef Lady from the restaurant came out to introduce herself and ask if I liked the meal she prepared - so genuinely kind of her to make that effort. Megan from the Starbucks downstairs is always so sweet, and the other girl working there just so full of kindness, that it gave everything a flavor of bright and warm place to be. Thank you for everyone for making an effort - someone noticed and appreciated :)

Alex, the guy up front needs a raise. This guy went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. He was the best. He helped with extra towels, extending our stay a little because of something that came up. Honestly pleas promote this guy, you’re so lucky to have an employee like him. Thanks Alex!

I had an outstanding experience at the Courtyard by Marriott in Ogden, UT, and I can't praise it enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless. Alexx, in particular, deserves special recognition for his exceptional service. When I needed to transition from one room to another due to a company request, Alexx was incredibly accommodating and made the process effortless. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ogden and commend the staff, especially Alexx, for their outstanding hospitality.

But be warned! If you want a smooth successful event DO NOT go here. In short; terrible food including raw chicken. Inexperienced young event planners who don't know what they are doing who ghosted us the hours before our event and claimed we should know who to contact but never gave us any contact info. Unfulfilled promises such as pipe and drape on our stage, waiting until we asked were it was for them to say "we aren't going to do that, but you can outsource." This was 3 hours before our event DAY OF! Missing appetizers for cocktail hour and 45 minutes late, dinner was 15 minutes late, the buffet line was all over the place starting with chicken then moving to salad at the end. They offered a $250 refund off a pretty expensive event and on our call to discuss the issues were defensive and snarky. Speaking with a low tear management named Karen who was very unprofessional. Extremely disappointed in the whole experience. We room our employees and guests at this hotel and will discontinue use. The guests who attended this dinner, many large companies from Utah, will also never use this facility for their guests or events. Extreme loss for Ogden Courtyard, but if this is their best "service" shame on them.

I had a wonderful visit to Ogden! I was welcomed graciously by front desk. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The staff were overall friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Bed is fantastic, but be prepared to be underwhelmed by the morning spread. Make sure to bring your own tea bags if you don't drink coffee. Only coffee is included as a hot drink, unless you want to purchase your single tea bag from Starbucks. The bar service redeems the place at night. Best to start your day by eating breakfast out and enjoy your night cap at the hotel.
