My husband and I stayed here for one night. The entrance was clean and the welcome was smooth, and the inside of the facility seemed to be well-cleaned, so I had a good impression. The view of the Oga Peninsula from the room was so amazing that I thought it was a good idea to come just to see it. (It was cloudy that day, but I think it was a hit because it had a typical Sea of Japan atmosphere.) The open-air bath had a view of the ocean, just like the room, so I was very satisfied with that as well. All of the meals were delicious, but most of all, they were plentiful. Particularly good was the person in charge of customer service during meals. I think he is a local, but while inns at this price point tend to be more polite than necessary, he was very responsive with just the right sense of distance and friendliness. (I had the same feeling at breakfast, and I felt energized.) On the way home, the landlady saw us off, and the customer service was almost perfect, starting with greetings and small talk, until I couldn't see them anymore. It's been a long time since my husband and I worked professionally. I felt that I saw it. I think this is a wonderful inn that is more suitable for couples or married couples rather than families.

Due to the corona crisis, I can't go far, so I'm staying in the neighborhood with almost the same budget. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and the Namahage drum performance I saw with everyone in the neighboring hotel was wonderful. We think that waiting on customers of the front desk was good. However, there is only one unsatisfactory complaint. It is a stone pot that I tried to surprise my master with an extra charge. I waited for the time to come in a private room with the words ”in front of the customer”. I thought it was a service that only paid people could see because it was an extra charge. I was told, ”It will be soon,” and I waited, saying, ”Yes, yes ^ _ ^”. I heard the explanation I saw on YouTube. ”I want to see the next room has started,” I was preparing to shoot a video. After a while, the seafood miso soup came. They say it's over. Apparently, it was a system in front of the private room where people gathered and watched. Why didn't you say, ”I'm going to do a demonstration here”? We visited for the first time. My husband, who was preparing to shoot a video, said, ”Don't worry about it,” but I burst into tears. On the way back, I filled out the questionnaire with the room number and necessary information and wrote about the matter, but there was no reply at last. It's a shame because the woman at the front desk was very nice. Tea in your room? The miso himetake was good. I was surprised because it's sweets everywhere. I thought that if I had sold it in that package, it would have been appreciated if I gave it away as a souvenir.
Oga Kanko Hotel

We stayed on a tour of the Oga Peninsula and Tsugaru Peninsula. The building is old, but it was well maintained and I was able to stay comfortably. The room was a Japanese-style room, but the chairs and tables in the back are also Japanese-style rooms, giving the overall impression of a fairly large area. Outside the window, I could see Mt. Kanfu in the distance. The large communal bath is not big, but I enjoyed the hot springs that I felt were good hot water. The open-air bath had a little lukewarm impression, but I don't know if it's always seasonal or seasonal. The dinner is not luxurious, but the specialties of Oga were lined up and the taste was good. Mr. Nakai was kind and explained the food. The hot pot of damako soup was delicious, and it was fun to watch the live performance of Oga's specialty stone-grilled dish making cherry blossom soup. And it was very delicious. The cold sake of local sake was delicious and I had a pleasant night. There is a theater of ”Gofu” in the neighborhood, and I enjoyed the live performance of ”Namahage Taiko” for 600 yen. This performance was powerful and good as an event after meals. The shuttle bus was carrying customers from a remote hotel, so it was good to have a close-distance hotel.
